why I didn't check the rating before... really bad. pakaging broken, missing parts (I cannot open my garage door because I'm missing the Rollus Basic), lamelle broken (that I had to repare myself, because, as the rollade has to be open to see the defect, I removed the old door before, and of course, I needed to resolve the problem before the night...), and service support 0. bad quality metal, all wavy. 1 full day to install 1 door because of the poor quality, where I already did 2 door in half day by friends. needed to drill other holes to make the all door stable... already 4 reclamation emails, and no answer.

just one word: AVOID!

We bought a roller shutter and it was delivered with missing parts ( Insect screen locking pieces ). We wrote 3 times to the service department and got no answer. This company you should avoid to order something.
Absolutely bad service.

Just received my 6 screens from 7, with the DPD packet service (Netherlands). I miss one screen but think its still coming.

I just opened one box, very nice screen. It's wrapped with bubble plastic and a protective layer on the paint.

Tonight i will open them further and see the actual screen. For now, delivery within 2 weeks, and very happy they came.

I cant add photo's but for now very proffesional and happy!!!!! Dont know why people are giving one star rating.

EDIT: I checked all boxes, super super Nice. The material is very good for the price, just handle with care. Only thing I can say is that the cable is on the wrong side. For the rest super happy with the product.

My first mistake in choosing this company was not reading any reviews about them. That NEVER happens to me!
But as we all know, you only learn from your own mistakes!

After receiving my four roller blinds, I unfortunately discovered that many of the slats were already broken on the locking side and therefore no longer provided any real support.
In addition, I had ordered four identical roller blinds but received one with a different surface texture and slightly different colour! Since the roller blinds are right next to each other, it doesn't look very good!

My complaint via the ticket system on the website has been skilfully ignored so far.
Emails have also gone unanswered. Calls are not being answered, or rather, the waiting loops run endlessly....

My Experience
Ordering and payment were straightforward. I chose PayPal for extra security and to avoid potential issues.

The promised delivery time of 8–10 business days was not met. After 3 weeks I tried to call, only to discover that the phone number does not exist. I then sent an email but never received a reply. Meanwhile, I checked the “delivery status,” which only changed to “shipped” after 5 weeks. Four days later, I finally received two shutters.

Given the way they were packaged, I completely understand the many complaints about damage: the packaging is minimal, especially for international shipping from the factory in Poland.

The package was complete, but there were small damages clearly from production, not transport. The pre-drilled holes were in the wrong place and poorly done. The shutter springs broke immediately after installation. Luckily, these parts are easy to find locally in an improved version, so a handy DIYer can still make it work.

All in all, the whole process felt messy, poorly organized, and customer support is practically unreachable. The quality is minimal but acceptable. Considering that other suppliers charge about twice the price, it’s not entirely unreasonable.
However, I would not order here again. Warranty, communication, or any kind of contact with the company is basically impossible. Based on many other reviews, I’m simply glad I received the order at all and now have it working on the wall.
