Great quality product and quick delivery

I ordered a Decoded Silicone iPhone 17 Pro hoesje navy, and within 1.5, the buttons on the side came loose, making the product unusable. After reporting this and asking for a refund, they agreed to ship another one, which is good. However, the same problem occurred with the new one, within 2 hours. The design of this product is bad, making this a not advisable one. This time around I reported it, they told me that I can’t get a refund; and that I can return it on my costs to get a saldo for the shop. However, my previous hoesje also was bad quality, so I will not be needing any saldo here.

Everything was good and went smoothly overall.

Regarding the case, the S Pen is not easy to use properly. The design could be better.

Very good quality but some USB3 charging cables don’t fit in.

I ordered a Pitaka case for AirPods Pro 3. The case was delivered to my mailbox, but it was shipped without the box. The box is a crucial part of the Pitaka product, as it contains a unique serial number. Neither the website nor the order confirmation email informed me of this. How can I give this as a gift? Terrible experience buying from this company. Helaas :(

Waardeloos retourbeleid. De Apple watch trail loop is een zeer matig product. Slechte connectoren en nog slechts slechter klittenband.

Very poor quality key holder, broke in the 1st week!

I ordered late evening of Oct 20 and received the package on the 22nd. I have not tried out the product, though.

I ordered a MacBook Air case from Applehoes more than 20 days ago and it never arrived. I sent them all the proof of payment and screenshots showing that the delivery was stuck, but instead of helping me, they accused me of having already received the item and trying to get my money back. I clearly asked for either a refund or a replacement, but they refused to do anything. Very dishonest and unprofessional company — I really tried to resolve this in good faith, but they simply don’t care

Ordered a 3 in 1 charger, works really good!

I had placed an order for the grey Caudabe Sheath which was €34,90. Was not in stock when I ordered it, but ordering was possiible. At one point I decided to request to get the blue one instead as that one was in stock. The Blue one had a price of €30,71 from the day I have ordered the grey one until the blue one got delivered. I reached out to the store regarding the price difference. When Bo from Appelhoes decided to respond to my emailthe price of the blue one magically changed to €34,90. He said the both color were priced at €34,90 eventhough I have provided screenshots of the page that display the blue one for €30,71.

And here you are responding with a lie. The grey one I have ordered initially was 34,90. The Blue one has been 30,70 from the day I have placed the order up to when I have received the item. There is no other way that I could have a screenshot of it. You thinking that I just wrote a review because of 4 euro's says a lot you. It's more about the principle and letting others know what could happen to them.
