Everything was fine up until my daughter ask the service about her order. I had told that what she needs to get. There was an pen in the order but when she asked him about the pen. He was very rude and told that he only has the laptop and made her sign the collection note. So when so came, we had to check for the pen which we found in the end. Maybe you should teach your staff how to talk to kids especially it's thier 1st day at new school and collecting such expensive item by herself at the school. If it's wasn't for that negative experience with the service man. I would have given 5 stars.

I have bought the laptop and there are…
I have bought the laptop and there are a problems:
1. can't log in from home Wi-Fi on his laptop.
2. can't use Google Chrome because of administrator restrictions.
3. can't use third-party applications on his laptop.
4. The laptop turns off by itself.
