Our oven has not been working and, I have a family event this weekend. OVER two weeks ago, I found this business online, called and scheduled a repairman for June 23rd. He showed up on time (one star), diagnosed the problem, charged us $100 and said he would return once the part ordered arrived at the warehouse. As of today, I still have not heard from him. I have called multiple times and been told "He will call you," I will check the warehouse and get back to you," still no return calls or service. The "FREE DIAGNOSIS" is the service charge being applied once the service is provided. SCAMMED? It would be a first ... I should have done more research.

These people are horrible. They took my money quoted an outrageous price, $700 dollars for a door that I got from Sears for $300 so that they could pocket my diagnostic fee and not apply it to work. Unethical and lazy. Stay away.

NEVER IN HELL EVER AGAIN!!! I had services performed on my 5 year old front-load Kenmore washer. I paid $75 in cash (with a receipt). The washer was said to only have issues with the hose kinking (no parts or repair needed) why the water is running out of the top and side of the machine. I had a load of laundry in the wash when the repairman came. ONLY that ONE load washed. I have not been able to get the machine to work again. I have a 30 warranty for the service. I called on Monday 4/8/19 and left a message. I called back on 4/10 and was told I was not here when they called and a bunch of other foolishness that was not true. 4/12 I was told a tech would be here at between 9 am and Noon it is WELL AFTER Noon and the tech is not here. I am not able to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to my text. THE MAN THAT ANSWERS IS RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! WHEN HE DID SHOW HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR WHAT HE DIDN'T FIX AND KICKED HIM OUT MY HOUSE!!!!!!
