AVOID THE HALEN BRANCH of BMW - TOTALLY DISHONEST.
Enquired as a serious buyer of a car they advertised. They put an option on it per my request; we were travelling far and we wished to purchase, but wanted to see it. They cancelled our appointment at the last minute citing sickness of staff and yet: 'noone else could see us'! They told us they would get in touch when they were 'better' & didn't respond to our question of when would someone be there to see us.
Now we see the car has disappeared from their website.
The staff were unprofessional, and strangely, communication is only via WATSAPP, no phone calls/no emails. We will be complaining about this unacceptable service to the main BMW office in Belgium. All the correspondence can be backed up by their ridiculous WATSAPP messages.
DO NOT TRUST THIS GARAGE.
