Good customer service,very willing to help with their clients concerns.

I have been called 8 time in the last 2 days from 6 different numbers, all of which go to an automated message saying Alka Forsikring have tried to contact you and will try again.

DO NOT TRY AGAIN. I HAVE INSURANCE AND I HAVE ALREADY TOLD ONE OF YOUR SALES TEAM I DO NOT WANT INSURANCE WITH YOU. STOP RINGING ME.

The worst company I've ever dealt with. We have our innboforsikring with them.

We received a bill from them for cleaning after minor fire. The problem is that there never should have been a bill with them since the cleaning company (Belfor) never touched any loose standing property in our house. They only cleaned what was part of the house and I cleaned our belongings at the same time. This is reflected in the report from Belfor as they only mention the cleaning that they did.

This cleaning company has now supposedly told Alka that they did clean the furnishings (an outright lie) and Alka had decided to choose the word of these people over their own customer even though the truth is reflected in the cleaning report.

A criminal company that values profit over customers. They only seem cheaper upfront because when the time comes, they will do anything to get your money.

Great experience from start to finish. I was involved in a no-fault accident early in the morning, and by late morning I already had a hire car with my claim being dealt with. Within 24 hours, my damaged vehicle was collected, and just one week later it was repaired and back on the road.The call handler was brilliant — easy to deal with, professional, and answered all my questions and more. Adam, the transport manager, ensured a perfect handover, explaining the car's functions clearly and outlining everything that was required. The body shop did a fantastic job. I was initially concerned as it wasn't a Mercedes-approved shop, but I couldn't have asked for more — they made my car look brand new. Overall: professional, easy to deal with, and exceeded expectations from start to finish. Thank you Sean for all your help and getting me back on the road.

From the very beginning, the experience has been extremely disappointing. I repeatedly had to call for updates, as there was no proactive communication. On multiple occasions, the person assigned to my case was unavailable, which significantly delayed the process. The claim took nearly a month to resolve, which I find unreasonable.

Additionally, I am deeply concerned about the outcome. I was informed that compensation would reflect the equivalent retail value (RRP) of my two stolen bikes. However, the valuation appears to be based on a downgraded and cheaper version of one bike, and another model that is currently out of stock. This raises serious questions about the fairness and validity of the settlement, and I would like clarification on whether this approach complies with your policies and applicable regulations.

I also feel it is important to address the conduct of the representative handling my case. During our interactions, their tone came across as arrogant and, at times, sarcastic, which only added to my frustration.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with how this matter has been handled.

I will say this is a good insurance company. They got the good team . Im appreciated 👏

Don't touch with a 10-foot barge pole. Their processes and systems don't seem to work, or else their staff aren't using them correctly. They have both gotten the transfer from another insurer and the payment period of my insurance wrong (separately, not on the same occassion) and are incredibly difficult to contact to get this easily resolved.
What's more, the invoices are never corrected in the system, nor does it give you oversight of what has been paid, so there's no "current statement" to refer to. They then follow up with ambiguous invoices which don't match what I'd expect, but there is no way in which to verify because the historical data available through their platform is lacking/incorrect.
Great for wasting time and developing stress, but not much else.
EDIT: the recommendation to reach out by phone is nice, but isn't at all helpful, as I've been doing exactly that. Waiting 30 min to talk to someone who ends up making the situation even more unclear is not a desirable outcome.

Good service

Alka company is not that bad as i expected it to be. Honestly, tried out many insurance companies across my life span, but faced the same issues over and over again. I can’t tell what the issue is, because it’s something personal with me and companies, but here i didn’t face that. However, what i faced is the slow response from the support team. It was pretty difficult to reach them out.

The story in a nutshell.... I ask to get in touch with them, you write them the story and you expect someone to check it and call the department you need.... For 5 days I have been trying to get in touch with them and for 5 days the same child has been calling me who has no idea and cannot give me details or transfer me to the responsible department..... I have money to recover from Alka... They told me that they sent me the money but it doesn't go into my account.... I'm tired of being treated like this if we are not Danish.... I do not recommend this company to those who are not native in Denmark.
