Terrible customer service
Just received a nice letter letting us know that they discontinue the KTG insurance by the end of this year.
Sending a new document with an offer to renew not knowing what the differences are. Probably not an improvement for us since they would have mentioned it. So I decline and use the opportunity to compare the market again. Thanks Zurich, great customer service!!
