Zurich Connect Austria. Very poor customer service. They let the customer wait for weeks to answer a trivial question. I cannot say that they are the friendliest people either. Choose another insurance company if you want good service.

I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Zurich Austria. I went to them specifically for motorcycle liability insurance (Haftpflicht). Instead, the salesperson sold me an accident insurance policy and tucked a 10-year contract duration into the fine print without ever mentioning it verbally.
​As a non-German speaker, I trusted the salesperson to provide the product I asked for. Not only did I not receive the motorcycle insurance I needed, but I am now legally trapped in a decade-long contract for a product I didn't want.
​When I contacted them to resolve the "mis-selling" and the lack of transparency regarding the 10-year term, their response was essentially: "You signed it, so it’s your problem." They have zero interest in customer satisfaction or ethical sales practices. They are hiding behind "legal" minimums to keep customers locked in against their will.
​Pros: None.
Cons: Misleading sales tactics, exploitative contract lengths, and dismissive customer service.
​If you value transparency and don't want to be stuck in a 10-year trap, go elsewhere. Their 1.3-star rating is well-deserved.

I made with them a contract which binded me for 5 years
They cut me off without even telling me
I only knew when i needed them
Man thinks oh because you used their service intensively, but i only called them once or twice max ,third if you count another contract for another insurance type . They only accept one of those while the other two was rejected .
What hurt the most is , upon accepting my only request they send me that the want to raise my share from 150 to 250 if i want the contract ro continue which i accept, but despite that they did go ahead and cancel me six months after that for no reason without even telling me to search for alternative

Scammers. We had tickets to Marrakesch right after the historic earthquake on 08.09.2023 and would have travelled through Atlas mountains to Sahara. The company said that it is safe to travel and they don't see an issue with aftershocks and closed roads.
A natural disaster is a good example of why one could benefit from insurance bit this company just robs people.
