Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience with WoonKeur. The inspection felt rushed and the final report gave me little confidence in the quality of the work. It contained several inconsistencies and clear copy-paste mistakes, which made it difficult to rely on professionally. I expected a much more thorough and careful service for the price paid. Based on my experience, I would not use WoonKeur again.

To provide some context on how this happened: we recently developed and introduced a completely new inspection software system for producing our digital reports. As with any new software system, we expected some bugs and issues during the initial period. Because we anticipated this, we added additional quality-control capacity specifically to prevent such issues from reaching our customers.
Unfortunately, our quality control failed in this particular case, and several errors made it into the final written report. We apologize for that.
We are currently working to address these issues to prevent them from occurring again in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We have provided you with a full refund for the inconvenience you experienced.

Apartment technical survey
Pascal did our building survey and he did it thoroughly all the parts and corners of the house. I can surely recommend him for building technical survey. He shared all the different experience and knowledge from other building findings which was really helpful.

You booked your inspection through one of our partners, so we do not know exactly what they told you a technical home inspection would include, which makes it difficult for us to comment on that part.
What we can confirm is that you selected our most basic inspection. As you described correctly, this is a visual inspection of the property supported by a few basic tools such as a moisture meter. The report is a basic summary that is mainly used for the most essential insights or for meeting a bank requirement. It is not more than that. Our system also shows that our inspector clearly explained the limitations of this basic inspection during the appointment and advised you to add a more specialised inspection while we were there so that we could give you deeper insights. You indicated that you did not see the added value of this extra inspection. You therefore received exactly what you selected: a basic home inspection.
If there is anything we can still do to improve your experience with us, please feel free to contact us. And if you feel you should have been informed better about the limitations or advised differently, please let us know. We are always open to improving our service where possible.
