Great company with excellent inventory but loses stars as unfortunately it had become prohibitively expensive to get their products shipped from UK to Ireland.

WEMOTO had the excellent Slinky Glide replacement throttle cables, and EBC Brake shoes, available from stock for my classic 1970s Honda CB250. The parts were easily ordered on-line at reasonable prices, and promptly dispatched. WEMOTO offer a great service and good value for classic motorcycle owners.

Great supplier of parts for older bikes. I’ll renew the clutch release bearing when I renew the clutch plates. Hopefully this will cure the sticking and difficulty of getting it into gear.
Fast delivery too. Excellent service as always.

Ordered a set of NGK spark plugs for my 1982 Kawasaki Z650. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Easy to find the correct plugs on the website, very easy buying process and at a great price!

I recently purchased a nostalgic VFR750F-S. But unfortunately no record of servicing came with the bike so to keep things running smoothly I decided to order a pre-arranged service kit becsuse I wanted everything arriving from one place & at the ssme time - should any part fitment issues arise. The kit included 4ltrs of oil, drain plug washer, oil filter, air filter, inline fuel filter & 4 spark plugs. But in the box WEMOTO also added a pair of rubber gloves to carry out the work. I was taken-a-back. On further inspection there was also a WEMOTO hessian bag, 2 WEMOTO stickers, a WEMOTO side stand plate & a WEMOTO keyring! AND THE BEST BIT WAS THAT ALL THE SERVICE PARTS WERE EXACTLY RIGHT & FITTED PERFCTLY! What a service! This was my first large order from WEMOTO & based on my experience I would without question recommend WEMOTO to anyone & everyone - including my biking buddies. 5 STAR. THANK YOU WEMOTO TEAM

I have to give Wemoto and in particular, Roamin and 5 star review for going above and beyond to rectify an issue with my YSS remote rear shock I purchased from Wemoto for my Honda NC30.
The connecting hose was too long and prevented the shock being fitted safely. Romain got in touch and arranged collection of the shock and sent it to YSS for modification. This was all done within a week. Top service from Wemoto and Romain in particular, 11/10 for great service.

Ordered a small part on the 7th May.

Invoice I received said it would be delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Didn’t receive item.

Emailed customer services last week.

Still haven’t heard back from them.

I would like a refund. I will get the part elsewhere.

Your dispatch times were not made clear at checkout. With 2 conflicting dispatch times of 10 days and 21 days. It maybe a good idea to put a clear dispatch time on the confirmation email as well as, delivery from dispatch (that was stated on the email) to avoid future customers confusion.

I sent a message through your enquiry submission page via your website. If you didn’t receive my email through your channel, then I advise you get that fixed.

After over a month of waiting for an ordered item I asked Wemoto to chase the order from AFAM. They chased the order and was given the runaround by AFAM. The order was cancelled and refunded by Wemoto who kindly gave me a generous voucher as an apology to use with them.
I appreciated the work done by Wemoto to resolve my issue and respect the issue was with AFAM and NOT Wemoto, so keep up the good work and thank you.

17 days after and still nothing. Bad service at least.

Yesterday I had successfull hunt. I found the package. Royal mail is cooperating with the worst postal service here. Part looks good. Wemoto is really good (at least according my previous experience).
For this case, 3 stars.

Had what I wanted and service is good 👍

Perfect, fast delivery, will use again.
