I had been thinking for a while in…
I had been thinking for a while in becoming a HGV driver and I found drive HGV on google. I was contacted by Luke who explained the course to me and the steps to get there. He has always been on hand with any questions or help in filling out the D4 med forms or booking in for the theory. I felt so at ease with all the information and the friendly but professional attitude. I have no doubt that with all the training modules and exercises I should pass first time 😃 I would 100% recommend them and pit your trust in them, just like I have. Thanks Drive HGV and Luke for supporting me.

Mike has been brilliant from the start
Mike has been brilliant from the start. He's been friendly, professional, and always quick to answer any questions I've had. The advice and support throughout the process have made everything much easier and less stressful. Even while I'm waiting for my driving licence to be returned so I can continue with my theory test and training, Mike has kept in touch and been really encouraging. I would definitely recommend Drive HGV to anyone looking to start their HGV journey. Thanks again, Mike!

Polite and professional, takes the pressure off.
Having made my first phonecall, spoke to Mike, very polite, and put no pressure on me whatsoever, he said come to us when you're ready, I needed some thinking time and called back a week or so later, he remembered me, which is important.
Mike has a great sense of humour.. and once I agreed to go ahead with booking a course, I was welcomed to the Drive HGV club.
I did my finances over the phone, to get my place for a course in the next phase. I was sent some dates a few days later.. in amongst it all, I just had to clarify a few things as I wasn't sure about certain criteria etc, and all was good and rectified, a couple of hiccups, but this was dealt with smoothly and professionally.
I was added to their HGV WhatsApp group which meant any questions I had, someone would pick it up, and get hold of me.
Met a chap called Elliot who dealt with parts of the booking courses too as I also booked the CPC course with HGV as well. Elliot was also very courteous and professional.
I'm looking forward to getting things going with learning to drive the Class 1 in due course.

I found Drive HGV on Google as I was looking to take my HGV license and they called me right away when I filled in their form and they didn’t let me down at all. I spoke to Andrew and he was very understanding and helpful and told me what’s the best steps to follow and how everything will work. He was very chatty and had a very long conversation with him and at first I was indecisive but he assured me that I wouldn’t regret it. They give you all the support needed to succeed which is a massive bonus. Highly recommend.
