If there were 0 stars, that’s what I would have selected. Terrible company. Order from Amazon. Have deleted my account. Ordered a dresser and a few days later (before I even got it delivered), the price lowered by about $50. Reached out about the price adjustment and they would not adjust it. Also couldn’t cancel the order until it was received. Then to return it and reorder would have cost me more than the $50. Terribly disappointing. Will be spreading the word and deleting my account.

Had a little delivery issue but Luz took care of the situation and helped me out. Thanks to all the Wayfair team.

We ordered patio furniture in MAY. Today we were told it is not even shipped yet. We were also told that we could expect it in NOVEMBER. Patio furniture in Winter, give me a break. We are long time customers but that has done us in. Poor business practises. Richard
Wayfair responded but I have NOT received any emails from them.

Lying disgrace of a company. We waited to order an item from this company, so the delivery window would coincide with us moving house. The company missed that delivery window by an absolute mile, resulting in us being unable to collect our item. The customer service seemed genuinely contrite at first, but that was a facade. The company confirmed we would receive a replacement on one occasion and a full refund on two separate occasions before changing their minds and leaving us with nothing. Do not use this company. They do not care about you in the slightest. All they want is your money and will repeatedly lie to your face in order to keep it.

I bought a 12x12 Outdoor Igloo Tent Dome For Winter and had 11 pieces missing.
Wayfair sent the replacements twice but the packages never got delivered at the right address.
Twice When I called FedEx, they told me that those tracking numbers were not for my address or my name.
Wayfair phone representative told me that FedEx was lying.
I do believe now, after the 2nd time, that there is actually a problem at wayfaire.
The picture of the packages inside the garage (proof of delivery) do not look like what the package should look like. The official replacement was only 11 tubes.
Now, on top of the 11 missing pieces, I have a lot more broken tube and brackets because of the missing tubes.
It is 2 months trying to have all this fixed

If I could give zero stars I would. First time ordering, furniture came in damaged box, missing hardware... weeks to resolve. Customer service started off very responsive, but then stopped responding completely. Use any other online store... NOT Wayfair. It's terrible!! Nothing but a headache.

Placed order for kitchen sink July 1 - delivery expected July 6-9, which worked for the countertop installation we had scheduled. Watched order and no updates, tried to cancel order on July 6 and were told it wasn't possible, even though it had not shipped yet. We needed to buy a sink elsewhere so we could have countertop cutout done. Sink was shipped July 7 and received July 14. In short,
stuck paying shipping of $34.39 for item that wasn't shipped when we tried to cancel the order. Also, knowing we would need to return it, tried to change the address as we had been doing the renovation out of town - told that was not possible either, also before item was shipped. Not likely to try Wayfair again after this.

I received a defective dining table that was advertised as *Wayfair Verified" with a Premium quality rating. The finish was rough, uneven, poorly sealed, and nowhere near the quality advertised.
Wayfair then charged me a pickup fee to return this defective product. To make matters worse, their own pickup team was instructed by Wayfair to collect both boxes with a single shipping label, yet I was only refunded for one box because of Wayfair's own mistake.
Customer service has been nonexistent. WhatsApp and text chat never connect you with an agent, and my emails have gone unanswered without even an acknowledgment. I am still waiting for the rest of my refund and for the pickup fee to be removed.
I need answers and solutions.

If I could give Wayfar zero stars, I would! The only reliable thing about this company is its consistent inability to actually deliver what you ordered and in good quality. After three, yes THREE, inaccurate deliveries (with poor quality of the product to boot) - we will never use this company and service ever again. What a joke of a company.

I opened an account & placed my first (& last) order. My order & its status wouldn't show up on my profile, nor did I receive any email notification / update. So I had to constantly send messages through WhatsApp for each update request. Agent said I should be receiving email updates, but I wasn't. No agent could resolve the issue. My first & last order with Wayfair - totally frustrating!

NOT STAIN RESISTANT as listed & SEAT CUSHIONS DON'T HOLD THEIR SHAPE . I've had sofa for 8 mo & got 2 small stains. I followed the recommended stain removal from the virtual assistant for the Leno 86" Lux Latte Performance Chenille. Unfortunately unable to remove stains. Customer service representative said that stain resistant "doesn't guarantee all stains can be removed, and accidental stains after delivery aren't covered under our warranty policy." False advertising!!! While the sofa is comfortable, the seat cushions flatten out & the seam in the front of the cushions is off centre which is not ideal visually. Note NO warranty after 30 days. Would not recommend this sofa!! 5 star rating dropped to 2 after no resolutions from Wayfair Specialist Team. BE AWARE when you look up reviews, "Most Relevant" category automatically comes up, which appears to contain only their better reviews & photos. Recommend clicking on their "Latest Review," or "Highest & Lowest Reviews," to help you get a more unbiased review and decide whether a product is worth investing in. I have ordered other products which have been great if you have no issues. Just remember the 30 day window to deal with any issues!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after four months of trying to resolve a simple issue with Wayfair, this experience deserves to be shared.
We have been trying to obtain a replacement tabletop and had finally reached a manager who opened a case and told us we would be connected with the manufacturer. Wayfair even emailed us a case number confirming this. After hearing nothing back, we called to follow up.
We asked to speak with a manager and were eventually transferred to someone named Noah. Unfortunately, the conversation went downhill immediately. His tone was condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start.
Despite us providing the case number that Wayfair itself had emailed, he repeatedly insisted that he could not find the case. Rather than trying to investigate, verify the information, or help move things forward, he simply repeated that he couldn't see it. When we asked for the issue to be escalated, he refused, stating that he was effectively the final level of escalation and that we would have to call customer service again—sending us back to the very beginning after months of trying to resolve this issue.
What was most frustrating wasn't that he couldn't immediately locate the case; it was his complete unwillingness to help, investigate, or take ownership of the problem. There was no empathy, no attempt to understand the situation, and no effort to find a solution.
After four months of back-and-forth, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Wayfair sells premium-priced products, but customer support should reflect those prices. Instead, we were left feeling dismissed and stuck in an endless loop with no path to resolution.
Unless this experience is an exception rather than the norm, I will seriously reconsider purchasing from Wayfair in the future. I also hope someone from Wayfair's senior customer experience team reviews how escalations are handled, because customers should not have to fight this hard just to receive basic assistance.

Purchased a new tv stand and after a week of waiting, the TV stand came falling out of the box. its 70lbs of trash sitting by my door. All panels are destroyed with broken wood pieces inside, no instructions on assembly and get this.. an AMAZON Return label that a customer had ripped off an amazon return sheet. Unbelievable. Just how low has Wayfair gotten.. I can barely believe my eyes.

A very disappointing experience from Wayfair. We bought a light fixture from them, after installation we cearly realised that this Chinese imported product doesn't comply with the Northern America health and safety standard. I raised it to Wayfair and they expected us to pay for the return shipment cost for the return.

Lost the same order twice. Dealing with this inefficient and incompetent company is stressful, time consuming and costly. Don't buy from this vendor

I had a problem with the couch that I ordered. Wayfair resolved the issue quickly. I had an amazing experience overall ordering from them.

I cancelled an order immediately and tried to cancel. They responded that they would let me know if the cancellation had gone through within 24 hours. In a few hours they told me the product had already shipped (yeah, sure) and now I will need to go jump through hoops to ship it back. Horror show - wish I had read these reviews first.

This is a complete scam. It should be completely banned permanently in Canada. This is how they steal thousands of dollars with 0 accountability.
Please report and lets ban this scam. I paid close to 1.000$ and waiting for months nothing being delivered.

Wayfair is now using AI bots for their customer service. It is such a generic experience and very unhelpful. I won't shop at a business where I cannot talk to a person at all to solve an issue. Their agents used to be very helpful (and human) but no longer. Will never shop there again. Also my delivery was sent to the wrong address (which I can see from the delivery picture)and I have to wait 3 days for it to be resolved - ridulous.

Wayfair is a joke. This is what you get when you're dealing with just a drop shipper. Long lead times, no guarantee of stock, and zero control over shipments and delivery. Hop on a call with customer service and you will get nothing but AI generated or canned responses from their overseas call centres. There is no accountability and my trust as a customer is lost.
