I had my Chevrolet Volt detailed by Wash and Care today and the experience was excellent. Two professionals arrived on time, performed a full exterior wash, claying, 1‑step machine polishing, and finished with a wax protection layer. They clearly explained which spots could be corrected and which were true stone‑chip paint defects. The result is a noticeably cleaner, glossier car. Reliable, transparent, and skilled team. Highly recommended.

From a professional Company one expects they have attention for detail but that was not the case with this company, many parts were undone; the steaming machine was not use because the fuel was empty. It was hand cleaned. So no steam used and no wash, boht aspects they proclaim their qualities to be

Inside the car showroom booked , yes it was clean- but the damage to the carpet left and some of the plastic/ non fabric surfaces.
I believe the glue the car manufacturer used has lifted to change look of the back section to the centre arm rest.
On two occasions my wife pointed out to the 2 man team what they missed before she let them go. It was not until 2 days later that we found the carpet burn hole , which must be from the steam nose been left in one place to long..
For 70€ the out side and wheel clean / wax added to the order , for that price I would expect the seal around the plug in flap and the fuel flap done..

Excellent service! My daughter had been sick in the back seat and they left the car completely clean, as if nothing had happened at all. Very kind and courteous, even when the parking situation was difficult. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you very much!

The gentleman was very friendly and the car was somewhat cleaned. I had to point out a lot of things that still had to get cleaned. It also seemed like the trunk of my car was not cleaned, there was still sand and dog hair. For the price I had to pay, I am not that satisfied with his cleaning.

They contacted me via email after my order - they had an issue on site and they could not come... that i asked for a refund and they said they would come in 3 hours -they Arrived at 15:10 and they called me that the car had moisture inside and they need more 40 euro to execute the job ... I said ok as I where in my work. I sent him the money at 15:14 and then I saw that they left at 15:28 from my camera - the car was only passed with Steam and they left Seat was kind of fully wet and all instruments were full of water as they did not have the car -- carpet was untouched - so 140 euros for steam -- I called them to complain and via email but none picks or responding send them photos of the results and they told me that I had to pay the saloon package with is 19 euro more to clean it so ... I lost the money but at least I will never use them or suggest anyone use them they act scammy and you can clean the car your self better for sure!

Awkward service. Stay away!!!
1. Appointment was at 8am, they arrived only at 2pm
2. Reason for cleaning was that kid vomited on back seat, what wax specified in request.
After cleaning seat still has vomit smell.
Wasted 200 euro.

1. Set time for 0800. Cleaning guy showed up at 0930.
2. I left for work and let the cleaner stay and put my keys in my mail slot after he was done, he left the windows of the car cracked open, it rained and got the interior wet...hopefully it doesn't get moldy again!
3. Didn't even clean the mold all the way off the floor mat, I had to throw it in my washing machine at home
4. Overall, not a good experience at all. Felt like a waste of 140EUR (40EUR extra for mold).

I made an appointment for 8pm. I received an email that my appointment was confirmed for 5-6pm. At that time nobody showed up and at 8:30pm I received a phone call that they had to cancel the appointment as they were very delayed. I just had to wait for a new appointment from the planning department. Which I received for the next day at 8am. The guy arrived just before 9, late again with nu excuse!
The car wasn’t cleaned properly and he left all sorts of dirt on the driveway.
I contacted the customer service department directly with feedback instead of putting this straight on trustpilot but their response was very disappointing.
Definitely will not recommend!

The car looked clean at first glance, but then I found that there were plenty of spots still dirty inside and outside the car (on the sides of the seats, below the head rests, in the trunk…). The tools used for cleaning are professionals but the cleaner didn’t pay much attention when doing the job… for 360€ I was expecting a much better quality, the cleaner spent 60-90min on the car.

Wash and Care did a great job

The appointment planned online for 7 o'clock in the morning. In the morning there comes an email that the appointment will be at 10-30. Nobody shows up, the office does not pick up the phone. At 12:00 the cleaner calls he will arrive in half an hour. According to him, the appointment was between 12 and 13.
I am sitting the whole day stuck home instead being present at my office. No option to contact Wash&Care as they do not pick up the phone.

the cleaner said to me he was not aware that my car is 7 seater. So the back seat was still dirty. and than he just pulled out the back carpet and didn’t wash it.
I am thinking i paid to much to you with thus poor services. How come you didn’t know my car is 7 seater, i have put the info on your online form.

The work was good and quick. He was fast and made sure no issues occur. Strongly recommend the same.
