Found them to be very efficient and everything was just as they said it was, including on time transfers and a beautiful hotel.

Excellent choices and easy booking process with immediate confirmation. Hotel details are always accurate and the locations for them perfect -very central . Used voyage prive for rome and both hotels very central and amazing places .

The company handled arrangements well with one exception. I was met by very good guides everywhere and it was lovely to be met and escorted to hotels, temples etc.
There was one last minute snafu with my airline ticket but Voyage Prive sorted it out.

Great prices but you have to decide quickly as only a few rooms left or flights.good communication and support.will definitely use again.

Mix up over flights bookings, no leeway in changing anything once you click that’s my only cause for concern after mistakenly clicking wrong flight options couldn’t go back & change it within 1minute still they changed venue on one of our stays & the replacement was absolutely brilliant.

From the beginning of the booking the process was seamless. The price and the quality of the hotel could not be faulted and everything in the right up was correct and didn’t disappoint. With highly recommend this company.

Bait and switch with the images of the residence. The fine print stated an indoor pool while the commucation presented on the site, the invoice, the confirmation à magnificent outdoor pool. Meanwhile, it's actually an expensive, private pool off-limit to voyage - privé Travellers. That should be illegal, am curious to see if it will be determined as such.

Room was horrible. Booked a sea view and got a garden view…
Pictures showed swim up room aswell and they had none available.
Service was sh!t staff are passive aggressive.
Location is terrible
Use the same money and book somewhere else

BIG PROBLEM AND WASTING TIME WHEN I HAD TO PIACH UP MY CAR ...WW WAITED AT LEAST 1 HOUR AND HALF IN ORDER TO GET THE CAR. ONLY ONE EMPLOYER FOR 7 PEOPLE WAITING. WE ALREADY BOOKED VIA "VENTES PRIVéES" THE CAR.

Superb hotel, great location and a lovely city.
Slow pace of life made it such an enjoyable break

Awful customer service, errors with booking throughout, everything done as cheaply as possible including an ‘included’ excursion for wine tasting booked a 2 hour drive away from accommodation so we could not possibly go, Rude responses when you do eventually speak to someone, would never ever use this company again.

Booking to stay the service was excellent. The customer service team were super helpful when booking- both online and on the phone. All documents were received in a timely manner and emergency contact details given for the duration of our stay.

I’ve travelled with Voyage Privé 4 times now and have had superb holidays every time. The hotels / holidays are always excellent, and Voyage Privé have always been a pleasure to deal with.
Straightforward booking process & the App is good too.

I have been on 6 holidays with them in the last 18 months - fabulous every time.
Definitely great value for money - they include little extras within their packages which add to the value without scrimping on their quality. I have travelled on various trips - city breaks (Prague & Berlin) cruises - Adriatic, small boat cruise and Danube river cruise and visited Djerba& Mauritius so far this year! All very different but definitely made that bit better due to booking with Voyage Prive!

Beautiful hotel amazing place, fantastic transfers, everything is arranged and seamless

I have always found it very easy to book hotels and holiday packages through Voyage Privé. They offer excellent discounts on some of the very expensive hotels around the world which I would not normally be able to afford.

While the holidays are usually good, there is never any help if there's an issue
