I bought a brand new 2023/24 Volkswagen T ROC from Mougins Volkswagen dealer. Yesterday 2026 two years later my new car stopped in the middle of the road overheating and won't go forward that i had to call my insurance and tow truck to deliver it to a mechanic .

I bought a brand new one so I never have to worry about my car for a while. I even make sure its professionally always changed the liquid the oils from feu vert.

Volkswagen quality has degraded, I will no longer see German cars as reliable and well made the same way again!!!

Poor communication, made me supply loads of information told me the van would be ready in 2 weeks, then after 6 weeks was told finance not possible. Joke and waste of time. No wounder the company is struggling to make money

I haven't bought a VW, as all french dealers do not reply to requests to view a vw caddy van with petrol engine. This poor customer service is before they've even had any money off me, imagine how it will be when they've had my money, think I'll stick to Mercedes

ils viennent de me raccrocher au nez
dialogue de sourd, après trois mois de problème pour faire un prélèvement automatique (service de recouvrement avec pénalitées à chaque fois car ils n'arrivent pas a faire les prélèvements), pour en final ne pas trouver de solution et affirmer qu'ils n'ont pas eu mes mails!!
