My second order with you and whist the order and delivery were both dealt with promptly, yet again your packaging leaves much to be desired. 2 small plastic bottles of vitamin capsules in a huge box that
would take around 100 of them. Why this huge waste? Last time the box arrived crushed and with holes in it, this time it survived the crushing but it really is not good enough.

I had to contact then 3 times last week, this past Monday and today until they finally bothered to reply.
It says reply within 2 business days.
I had 3 different products 1 was Zinc smell bad and I told them to send me a return label to return it they asked me for photos like they can smell it from the pictures. Ridiculous. I better use Booths from now on

We have been waiting for a refund as agreed for £179.12 for over 2 weeks, goods not received and goods put on repeat order without being requested yet my credit card was used without our approval
The return receipt and number were given to you via email on 5th August it is not until further emails and phone calls chasing you that you have now begun the refund over 2 weeks later! This is not normal good service
