I like your products based on quality but I dislike your packaging, it's terrible, the packers simply throw the products in a box usually bigger than what is required...I have ordered Krill Oil in the pass and the bottle arrived broken. Just had a debt collection letter
Just had a debt collection letter, tried calling customer service but they don’t speak English. I can’t get into my account to stop the subscription atm either which is frustrating. Be careful to pay when the email with the invoice arrives. You don’t pay at a checkout like you would traditionally. I have had a good experience over the years, and good products but this is tricky to sort out.
