Really good Service!
The quality of the product, in my case a baby’s changing unit, was really good for the more than fair price. The delivery quick. But the service I experienced (after I made a mistake while putting it together) was truly excellent. They really went the extra mile, so I would definitely buy again at Vertbaudet.

Excellent Customer Service & Top-Quality Changing Tables
Our product arrived on-time with speedy delivery. Each of the items was in great condition. Although we had one issue (our fault) with the set-up and installation, the customer service team was gracious and very helpful in remedying the problem!

Don’t buy furniture from there
Don’t buy furniture from there. I decided to buy a crib and commode, it all look super cute and I didn’t want to buy Ikea furniture. I should have just bought in Ikea. My husband had the hardest time building it up because the wood pieces were all badly cut. The drawers in the commode are all crocked. And the crib has been a nightmare. It has a lower drawer for storage, the wheel to move it broke the moment we tried to built it. Afterwards, first night using the crib it, one of the sides of the bed support broke. We have had now to lower the crib bed panel to the last one for security. Worst quality I have ever seen!

DHL delivery on time - but the chatbot is faulty.
*Edit* I have made a purchase of over 1,000 euros and after a week there was no update. I tried twice to ask in the chatbot (unfortunately I can't upload a screenshot here) . The chatbot asked me for the number of my order, which I had given, after which it just told me I have maxed out on my questions asked - and I haven't asked anything yet. I kind of panicked.
I written an email and after that the order began to move. It arrived within the promised time frame of 1-2 weeks. I just got quite afraid from the chatbot's unusual reply and not finding support on the phone.
I haven't finished assembling all the furniture I ordered, but it seems quite alright, I will review each item seperately. Thank you.

Wrong size
I ordered twice and twice in size 38. I got size 40 twice. It's frustrating to not receive the things I've been waiting for. Returning my clothes was easy, but all in all not the experience I was hoping for when buying clothes.

Es tut uns leid, dass du das Gefühl hattest, die falsche Größe erhalten zu haben – das ist natürlich frustrierend. Ein kleiner Hinweis für deine nächste Bestellung: Im Nackenetikett ist die französische Größe angegeben (38), während sich die deutsche Größe im eingenähten Pflegeetikett (meist seitlich oder im Waschetikett) befindet – dort sollte dann in deinem Fall auch die 40 stehen. Wenn du also Größe 40 bestellt hast, sollte diese auch angekommen sein – vermutlich hat das französische Etikett etwas Verwirrung gestiftet.
Wir hoffen, dass dich deine nächste Bestellung wieder rundum überzeugt und danken dir, dass du dir die Zeit für eine Bewertung genommen hast!
