Deceptive Company
I placed my order based on the explicit promise of "FREE shipping on this item" displayed on the product page. Charging a $30 shipping fee after the fact and refusing to honor advertised terms due to an "internal error" or "outdated text" is unacceptable and deceptive. To make matters worse, Donn provided terrible customer service when I reached out. I will neither buy from here again nor recommend this company to anyone.

Loved it! It was perfect. Only thing is that I wish they had a slightly larger variety of base colors specifically light blue but overall loved it quality is great and it came with INSIDE POCKETS, I did not know this so it was a delightful surprise.
