Great products and even better Service!
I’ve used Fansidea for multiple golf tournaments and have utilized their mock up service offered each time. Phoebe has been an absolute rock star and has come through for me each time. She has assisted with my mock up requests and even saw each order through from beginning to end making sure I was satisfied with suggestions, clearly setting expectations with regards to delivery and production times. The quality of the shirts have been top notch and Phoebe’s service has been exceptional. I was able to customise my jersey to my specifications. I had to reach out to their customer support by email. They were prompt in answering my queries and were polite and helpful. My jersey arrived and it was just as I had hoped for and more. It exceeded my expectations and was good quality. If I buy another jersey it will be with them. Great customer support and product
I ordered custom jerseys for my sports team on FansIdea and am very happy with the product quality and customer support.
The number of designs they have available is amazing, far surpassing any other supplier that we considered. Before we placed our order, I reached out to their customer service team and was connected with Vicky, who was very responsive and happy to answer all of my questions. She also placed the order for me so I didn't have to manually input all of the details on their website.
The jerseys arrived within the estimated timeframe, and everyone on the team was impressed. A couple had an issue with lettering, but when I reached back out to FansIdea, Jasmine worked with me to ensure that replacements were sent promptly and I was fully happy with the result.
I'm glad that we used FansIdea for our jersey needs, and would definitely use them again!

The additional $30 is charged for expedited shipping provided by the logistics carrier, which shortens the shipping transit time to approximately 3–5 business days after the order has been completed and dispatched.
As each Fansidea jersey is handcrafted and made to order from scratch, a separate production period of approximately 7–9 business days is required before shipment. Expedited shipping applies only to the transit portion of the order and does not shorten the production process.
For future orders with a specific event date or delivery deadline, we recommend including the date in the Order Notes or contacting us at support@fansidea.com after placing the order. The Best Family Reunion Jerseys Ever!
I want to thank you and all of the employees at FansIdea. We purchased 19 jersey’s for our family reunion. FansIdea really knocked it our of the ballpark. We were given VIP status, and the rep stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. We paid extra for express delivery and they arrived early. My family and I were overwhelmed with joy. Each jersey was properly pressed and ready to wear straight out of the box. I almost cried because we had chosen seven (7) different designs. Each one was perfect! FansIdea staff should be very proud of the workmanship they perform. EXCEPTIONAL CRAFTMANSHIP! OUTSTANDING!!! By the way... so many people on the cruise ship were jealous of us. One young man attending his family reunion said: "You got jerseys, when all we got was this stinking T-shirt!!!" That interaction made the cost of the jersey worth every penny spent. This company is a fake site! I bought a Broncos sweat out fit for 74 dollars and it came but cheap cheap material if I had seen it in a store I wouldn’t pay ten dollars for it. I wanted to return it and they said they couldn’t. Do not order from this company. AwFUL!!!!

Fansidea has been a great vendor for our organization! We've been using them for years, and I always recommend them for custom baseball jerseys. Across our org, different teams want different jerseys, and we've always had a good experience going through Fansidea. The price is competitive, the quality is good (not the absolute best, but perfectly well within the price range), and the customer experience and shipping is always pleasant. They've helped our team with multiple orders, custom logos, order add-ons, you name it.
