Quick and stellar customization, quality, and customer service
Phoebe was amazing to work with - she responded swiftly, kindly, and comprehensively. She offered two options for our customization, confirmed everything and provided quick feedback, and got the shipping out to us super fast to ensure we made it to our first game in style! Also, I had made a mistake and she talked me through it with patience and a willingness to make it right - even though it turns out I had been in the wrong! The people are great! The quality of the jerseys is great! And our customization was perfect and not cheap! 11/10 for real!

This website is garbage. It takes 10 days just to make your order. Another 10 days or more to ship. And then another 10 or more days stuck in transit or stuck in customs. I would give this company a neg---10 if u could

Good customer service and prompt response
Update July 9- Customer service team reached out to me and provided expedited shipping and refunded as it was delayed. They also offered free replacement as size was too small on my son. Really appreciate all the help to get issues resolved promptly.
Horrible company. They take 3 weeks for production ( probably they get it from outside US for cheap) and another 2 weeks to ship. Ordered jersey for kids birthday and paid almost $40 for $10 jersey. Only to find out that production and shipping will take more than month. Will never order from them. If I have to wait more than a month to recieve product, I could get it from temu or aliexpress for one third price. When asked to expedite order, they sent me a bill of $30 extra. Just ridiculous.

For customers with a specific event or delivery deadline, we encourage adding an order note at checkout or contacting us immediately after placing an order. Our team will do everything possible to review the timeline and provide the best available shipping recommendations.

Technical issue, helpful customer service
There was a technical issue with the address upload so make sure to triple check the correct address before ordering. When we discovered it was incorrect, the customer service were SO helpful and did everything they could to get my order in, and it worked!
