It is a criminal organisation. First I got scammed with tickets by some individuals. But I had some tickets left. So I ordered a credit card. And two bracelets. They only had a French manual. I tried to put the tickets on the card. I also tried to get English support of how to activate all this. Frankly it's all very unclear. Now they just send a mail in English to tell me they will cancel the tickets and I have lost all the money. Now I have lost about 1500 € with it. I hate them. Don't start with this. Especially when you don't speak French.

Transcash is stealing your money! UPDATE
I'm from germany. I deposited 750€ via voucher to my card. I activated the MAX plan. One day after I deposited the money Transcash is making a charge on my account for 260€ for irregular use. I also got an email that stated that because of my account activity and me not sending in documents I can no longer use my card and my funds are frozen. Transcash provides zero way I can get my money back. This is criminal.
Update: My account is unlocked and I have full access to my funds AFTER sending in another ID and a proof of address. Still very shady that Transcash is opening my MAX plan just to block it after deposit. Never try to register with documents on their website, it seems only the smartphone verification works without needing to send documents to an email

I ordered a card and had 2 codes of €250. When I ordered my card I had to give one code, so I thought that the amount would be on my card. It was not. When I wanted to upload the card only one code worked, the one I still had. The one I used ordering my card doesn’t work anymore so my €250 is gone

Transcash is a fraude company i buy yesterday 265€ transcash card online from refilled, they send me the code i open the code and send it to my girlfriend when she went to pick up cash the shoopker said the code is unvalid and it was used before!
Its not first accident with me its the third time transcash scum money from me! Be careful with transcash shop they sell fraude digitl code to you!
