My booking experience was great! Paulina was very understanding of my requirements and went through every aspect of the holiday and booking procedure.

Excellent service received whilst booking my trip with Titan Travels to go on the Wild India trip.
Travel adviser was very professional and knowledgeable which made me feel confident in using Titan Travel for the first time.
I subsequently changed my booking by telephone and received the same professional service.

Booking process handled professionally

Phoned to book cruise holiday and had several questions - all answered politely and knowledgably. The booking process was then easy and straightforward

This review is just about the booking experience as I haven’t been on the tour yet.
On Wednesday, online, it said the a tour to Prague, Vienna and Budapest was available for £2345. I rang to get more information online and was told that was correct. When I asked why it was cheaper to book with Saga I didn’t get a valid reply. The person I spoke to did not seem to know much about anything. I then rang Saga but the tour they had advertised online as available for £2223 was in fact full and there were no other tours planned. Again the call handler seemed very inexperienced. I waited for my new passport to arrive today,3 days later, and rang again hoping to book but it was £3,095! This was an unacceptable hike in price so we opted for the next tour. This was advertised as a deal saving £500 (Now £2595 down from £3,095). While still a hike in price, and very annoying, it was more reasonable so we booked it. The person who helped us was called Melanie and she was very helpful and was able to check Titan and Saga availability without problem, was reassuring, answer all out questions ( except for the price increase!) and was very friendly. This made a huge difference to our experience and our decision to go ahead with the booking. On the strength of my first experience with the Titan and Saga calls, I would have been concerned about booking. I am hoping that the tour will be as positive as our experience of booking with Melanie.

The lovely lady helping us was very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened carefully to my request and was very efficient.

We had a great tour guide. It was lovely to have Alex all the way from Toronto to Boston. Took care of us all. Good hotels except for Kingston hotel. It was very clean and good breakfast but no bar or any drink in the hotel. Would have like a bit more time in Montreal and Quebec. Lots of travelling on the coach but that really can’t be helped when seeing all these places. You could have a couple of extra days to see more of some of the cities. Like Montreal, Kingston and Quebec.
The cruise from Quebec to Boston was ok. Holland America. Not impressed with their drinks package. Read the fine print. Food was good. Very clean cabins and cabin staff were good. Bar staff a bit slow and could be smarter dressed like the casino staff.
Overall a very good trip with beautiful scenery. Enjoy.
I would travel again with Titan or Saga again.

Back in 2024, we had one of the best holidays ever - Titan Travel Wild India. In addition to 9 safaris in three national parks with many excellent sightings of animals and birds we also visited Khajuraho and Orcha where we met many local Indian people. The tour concluded with an express train ride from Jhansi to Delhi.
I note that Titan still offer this tour but with a much lesser itinerary. Unfortunately, the maps of the in Titan's promotional material continue to show the original itinerary and this may confuse potential travellers. I have written to Titan customer services to point this out but have not even received the courtesy of a response - hence the one star rating

A great tour seeing spectacular Swiss scenery on iconic railway journeys brilliantly guided by Sarah our tour manager.
Unfortunately Titan changed the itinerary at relatively short notice which meant two consecutive days of tiring full day excursions rather than a rest day in between which some members of the group found a challenge .Otherwise a trip well worth doing.

Our Tour Guide Sarah and Driver were always prompt and on time and made the experiance very enjoyable.

Our hotel in Davos we stayed in went over and beyond. The staff were friendly and the facilities were amazing.

Sarah went over and beyond and made the trip enjoyable and her knowledge was very good and helpful.

Rebecca was very friendly, informative and efficient when making the booking.
The only downside was with getting through to my booking with after-sales as the OTP connection just would not work even after several attempts. So 'phoned in the end.

I wrote a review about a recent tour, this was not published and I had no response from Titan why I wrote what I did, they want a response from customers but they are not prepared to ask customers the reason why, appalling
