Justin took the time to phone me in Canada and he tried so hard for me to get back to Heathrow airport unfortunately where I was going didn't have a flight though LHR but I'm happy he got me a seaview room in the great hotel in Algarve really appreciate the great service and the great holidays you have on file

I called in a panic to state my date of birth was wrong, to be told the flight tickets had already been authorised and he needed to speak to someone. It has been corrected on my booking. Does this mean it has been corrected on the tickets? For a holiday booked over a year ago it is becoming very stressful
