Hello. I like TK Maxx. And I always shop at TK Maxx when I go abroad. I have done it in London, Warsaw and Vienna. I shopped at TK Maxx during my trip to Dresden. On January 22, 2025. I asked the cashier about tax free. Even though he knew, he said he didn't know, in a condescending manner. It didn't suit such a company and it upset me. I definitely couldn't understand this attitude of the employee. After all, I am a tourist who spends money. Or was he racist towards me? I don't know for sure, but it wasn't nice at all.

Was in the tk maxx in county oak Crawley paid for my purchase cashier took off the security tag yet the alarm still when off was there was no more tags on my purchase yet was still treated like a common thief and will never shop there again

TK Maxx in the Hague has got the worst customer service.
Once you want to buy an item, they may suddenly increase the price at the register because they think the price is incorrect (the original price was 100 and they increased it to 130). If you say something about it (because you as a consumer have a right to purchase the item at the displayed price if you could not have known that the price is incorrect) and ask for the manager to sort things out, 1) the cashier lies about the facts (even though they can see at the cameras that she is lying) and 2) a bald arrogant guy who calls himself a manager simply says "well, sue the company then". Never ever have I seen such incapable and arrogant people.

Apalling customer service. Inert and lazy won't do operative after the store prepared to send items ordered to the wrong address. Completely unwilling to organize any correct delivery options despite the parcel still being with them! It seems printing a correct label for the parcel actually still with TKMaxx is an imposibility. Instead I have to drive 100 miles round trip to collect my parcel. Please avoid this awful organization - they are woefully inadequate. Hugely annoying.

I went to TKMaxx Leyton yesterday queued to pay and only 1 person on the till
After 5 minutes dropped the products I want to pay for a left.
It would take more time to pick the and put tieback on the shelf.
T K Maxx management were flashing up messages on the screen saying the wanted to serve us a quickly as possible. Male Cow Manure

I saw a cleanser on Line with their beauty items.. upon paying for the item to save money I just got the email it Appears they are sending me 2 Tiny 20mg..s I clearly would never buy 20mg For the Plastic and PLANET, TKMAXX have wasted my money! I did ring them about this NO I Did not order this small size BUT CLEARLY no Help now it will cost me money to visit their Shop in Lancaster and a waste of £4.99 P&P I am clearly very unhappy with this

I find everything what I need in just one shop and have cheaper prices for good brands.

They sold it to me. 3 fake Dolce Gabbana t-shirts. And by some cunning. Covering up does not solve the problem. Please check all your goods. They are selling fake products.

Stood on a clothing tag loose on the floor in the Millers Junction store and it popped my shoe (nike air max). The manager was quite rude and reluctantly took my information. This was 3 months ago, i have tried to get in touch and have my issue resolved. They will email me once when i threaten to take them to the ombudsman and then stop responding. Absolutely disgusting treatment and I imagine if I broke something in their store I would have to pay for it, but not the other way around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I am very disappointed with tk maxx I have used them for many years now I did on line order as did not have my size in store the on line ordering needs a lot improvement as I try three times to order the same item for trainers it filed every time firsttime it tuck money out of bank account buy pending payment ring them as told at store the click and collect would order them for me but was told they not a able to do any more to do with gpd rules not in press with now go look a round again new trainers

Be careful and check your receipts at the cashier. They took my money twice for the same item :(

If you enjoy shopping at TK Maxx, continue to do so.

Having worked at TK Maxx in Amsterdam at the Damrak for a few months, it's a chaotic work environment with a lack of organization and structure.

The atmosphere is often negative, and despite working hard, your efforts are neither recognized nor appreciated.

The management, particularly some Italian managers, come across as arrogant, all over the place and seem inexperienced outside the company.

They've clearly never seen and learned anything better than that.
Horrible experience

Customer service in the Mariahilfer Strasse branch is extremely poor, especially the lady at the watch/jewelry counter yesterday between 13:30 and 14:00. She seemed very unhappy with her work, and this reflected in a not so friendly service. It is such a turn off for a customer. Generally, the sales staff and cashiers should be given better training.

Pathetic Recent Events!!
I was always buying from this place but recently faced many issues.
1. They denied to take the unopened/unused product back. They have a return policy of 28 days and I was returning the product in 2 days.
2. Billing issues. They charge you sometimes double or will have some other billing issues. So check your bill before you leave the billing counter.
3. staff will always kind of follow you when you are looking at things. Makes you feel pathetic being a foreigner.
4. Some products are duplicate and cheap. They say that they have a warranty but original brands deny to service the product.
5. Many times they denied to sell the sale items at the billing counter and tell you thats not in sale. THATS REALLY WIERD!!
May be they don’t like foreigners or just me.

I went today to buy a Michael Kors watch. At first, the lady in the jewelry section was nice. However, when I was ready to purchase the watch at 7:55 PM, I stood in line and told her I was going to buy it. Even though she spoke to me in English initially, she then switched to German, saying she couldn't get it for me and that I couldn't buy it today.

overall useful if visiting a couple of times

Went to pick up dinnerware which I reserved and wanted add another piece but was told needed to wait in long queue assistant or floor manager would not put this through then wanted to purchase 2 bags again was told needed to go into queue. Then was handed dishes without wrapping she eventually put tissue paper on 7 plates all in one bundle not even wrapped singly. I was fortunate my friend was with me who had a bag. I feel there was no customer service whatsoever and was extremely angry with the assistant/manager who was with another assistant who ignored the situation. Absolutely disgusting,.

I like shopping in TKMaxx.
When I lived in CA I did the same in TJMaxx, so was over the moon to have them in Germany.

I mostly shop in store with them bc you have so much to discover. And you get a lot of amazing bargains ♥️

When they started their treasure card membership I did give it a try. Same as when they first started to sell online.

This is my second order online. I did place a click&collect order to get the items I desire.

During shopping on their website some of the items had a warning about limited quantity. What was very helpful others just vanished out of the shopping cart. Sadly.

I was a little bit dissaponted after I did go to the store to pick up my parcle. All the items were available in that store and they did still ship them from a warehouse there instead of collecting the items and ring up the customer to come and pick them up. This is unnecessary if the store has multiple available.

I did not receive a your parcle is ready for pick up mail bc I did ring them up when the DHL tracking said the parcle has arrived.
The employ picking up the call was very friendly and helpful. Did provide instructions where to pick the item up and made sure all was running smoothly. Extra star 🌟 for her!

I don't know if I will shop online again. It's just more fun and quicker to just drop by to see if they have the items in store. The online shop is a great extention especially for those who don't have enough time to do so.

Ordering online went great but has long waiting time for an item already in Germany.

Don't ever try and get a refund, absolutely ridiculous. Customer service lady very pleasant but I was fobbed off again with 'its our system' 4 emails and 2 phone calls later and still nothing.

horrible customer service with the lady who served me! She is absolutely rude, judgemental and racist ! Very unprofessional with a horrible attitude, I don’t know if she is more rude or racist! ( warrawong TKmaxx) around 6:30pm
