Call quality is bob on wether on 3 g or WiFi can drop out if your moving sometimes,but it does reconnect so it’s a big thumbs up from me and calls are cheap too!

I’m in Australia. I needed to talk to my family in England. I have credit. I have enough 5g reception to watch utube and Facebook but some how it just won’t connect. I have spent the last 12 days in Bali and it was fine. Tried to speak to customer services but waited for 20 mins before I gave up.

Still refusing still to pay me the refund I was promised
Having finally got someone to read the email chain, the ‘finance team’ are ‘looking into it’.
Initially nobody would give a timeframe. Then I was told it would be ‘24 to 72’ hours but if it takes longer it will be because they are busy.
I will update further on Thursday morning when tat deadline has passed.

I’m very happy with this app 
I’ve been using Talk360 for international calls and recently ran into a problem with the app. I contacted customer support, and they were incredibly helpful and patient. They explained everything clearly and resolved my issue quickly. Some of my credits were lost because of the problem, but the team refunded them after checking my case. It’s rare to find support that genuinely cares about customers. I’m very satisfied with both the service and the support tea

Talk360 proactively inquired about the difficulty I was having while calling my home country that's in a state of war & helped me several times with bonus minutes to try and see if the call would go through or not and then kept following up until they shared that they've partially fixed the calling issue and now it's working... When I decided to call my family in war
When I decided to call iran and see how my family are i thought it was difficult and impossible but my daughter told me just download this app and call. I could not believe it as it was easy and no complicated app and very cheap with a welcoming credit.
