Very bad experience. I have asked the cancellation of a contract in December 2020. In April 2021, I contacted them and I discovered my request has not been considered yet and the contract is still running.
For this bad service I even had to pay and in the end I was the one dealing with the closure of my contract directly with the respective company... not to mention about paying additional months because my request was not processed on time...

This is a scam. I used their service to close my account with Sparkasse.
Never received anything from Sparkasse nor Volders regarding payment. I have been waiting to pay the Admin fee to Volders.de (that would have been €8.89) but in the subsequent emails they sent me they never mentioned anything about the payment.
A few months later I suddenly got an email and a letter in my Mailbox from a debt collector (Inkasso) saying that I owed them €50,93.

I have never received a payment request nor a reminder (Wahnungen) from Volders.de and all of a sudden I got a letter from the debt collector.

If the debt collector is able to send me an email and a letter, Volders.de could certainly have done the same too. But they didn’t. (I have checked all my inboxes including the junk mails. They have sent me other adverts but I am 100% sure they didn’t send me a bill.)

I believe this a deliberate scam. Volders.de looks like a genuine company but I think they have deliberately not charged me and then sold the debt to the debt collector. Don’t use the site!

Was initially happy I found them, but looks like a fake company. Nothing was sent in regards to the contract cancellation, and customer support does not reply at all.

It is very bad and even worse at Covid-19 time to scam people who are avoiding contacts and are looking for online solutions! One month later still nothing at all for a simple Kündigung. This fake service caused me energy, time, trust and a lot of money by delayed Kündigung. Thinking of giving people more jobs and chances to help each other, but now this. Really disappointing!

You have to wait WEEKS to get an respond from their support!

Even it did not work, they offer no help, nor do they contact the bank.
You just pay money to send a letter - overpriced then as well. It is better to send it by yourself via tracking, and cheaper as well!

Never again. Stay again from these scammers!

Terminating my contract didnt work at all. Two weeks after I sent an e-mail and letter with volders I called the institution, I hat the contract with, and they told me they didn't get anything. So I had to terminate it again from person to person...

Terminating one contract worked well.
Kept calling during work hours although they have the information in my profile when they would be able to reach me. They never called at the time i designated there. Instead they told me "it'll only take a few minutes" when I said I do not have time now and I'm working.

This is bad service, if I request a specific time, you call at that time and if I can't talk, you don't try to convince me that I should talk to you now. Very disappointed.
