The wait is finally over [updated review]
update (13.12.2023):
- 1 day after the review I got a prompt response with a standard explanation
- 7 days after the review my quota was certified
- 22 days after the review I received the money
- in the end it took 21 instead of "8-16" weeks
I understand some processes aren't in your hands, but you could at least actively approach your customers to let them know. Hence I'll up my 1* review to a 4* review, which should be average.
old review: Carbonify breaks its promise that they'll pay out your THG quota. I got a mail in early july about them submitting my vehicle registration document. Since then 19 weeks have passed and I have not received any update at all. On their websites they state a timeframe from 8-16 weeks for this process. My trust with this brand is broken and I will not use them as a broker again.
