Stupid Australia Post didn't ring the doorbell, didn't1 leave a card to say they had been, but instead dumped the wine at the local post office. Very inconvenient!! Will NOT be ordering again and will be spreading the word to my extensive list of connections not to order this way!! Appalling service!!

I didn’t receive the order
I ordered in August 10th and today September 4th I didn’t receive yet. I try to access the order in the app and it doesn’t work it doesn’t open and there it appears as delivered.

When I first used Vivino
When I first used Vivino, the ordering and receiving was effortless. Now orders are cancelled or not shipped without a hassle. You offer cancellation due to being late and even that is a hassle. I placed an order on August 30 or 31st and it has yet to ship when I spoke directly with the provider he was completely unaware of the 48 hour policy and told me he could ship my wine next Tuesday which we have at that point been well over a week. It’s just not the same anymore.

With respect to the order everything was smooth and easy. My issue is that I was charged a delivery fee when it seemed that a delivery fee was not applicable.

Good follow up
The product they sent was correct even though the invoice did not include the vintage. They also checked to see how delivery was going from the supplier and got onto them to get it sent. It arrived within reasonable time frame.
