It's so easy to buy or sell things at Vinted, but sometimes the button to buy isn't available and nighter buyer or seller can't do nothing. I think a chat will be helpfull.

Vinted is great but the distribuiton companies are a disaaster.more then 1 time the parcel arrives damaged due to the careless behaviour of the distribuiton company.

Bought a camera from a seller but instead got a little packet of sunflower seeds and I tried to contact vinted the seller but I didn’t get no response I wish that they would make contacting vinted more convenient and easier (btw this was today that I picked up the package and found out that I was scammed )

Easy selling and buying items without complications and the risk of scam. Just buy and sell. Great experience so far

I have very good experience with vinted, buy alot of items and also sell alof of item that i no more want and earn money also.

The security of buying second hand with Vinted is a must! You receive the package and have 2 days to try it, if it's not ok you can apply for a refund.

They refund a person for no reason and I lost 80€.

Vinted are helping me, a lot. I start as a book seller and i am loving the experience. I can buy things i really need and it is a good help for these times of inflaction. Thank you and best of sucess for the Vinted comunity. From Portugal with love. Mafalda Ramos

A very simple and secure app platform to use for conducting business.

All my purchases and sales so far have gone super well, very secure and uncomplicated.

At first, we have a feeling of doubt and insecurity because it involves money and shipping/receiving bureaucracy, but these doubts quickly disappear as soon as we start navigating.

This is an absolutely disgusting commercial practice. Looking for a substitute for eBay in Europe, found this website.

I bought an item; the seller sent it right away, and what happened? Vinted's extremely low-cost, poor-quality delivery company just sits on the product without moving it. Probably waiting for a big, bulky order to send everything at once. It says it takes 25 business days (! -- yes, inside EU) to deliver a parcel that is right next door. And then, you have 2 days to complain, or they will never refund your money.

And by the way, the shipping company is a reliable,  famous one. This happens only with Vinted orders, with paid delivery, because this company probably squeezes the most out of the shipping company, just like they do with all sellers and buyers on its platform. 

Customer support, after you made your payment, is of course non-existent.  They just copy and paste FAQs and close the chat. You reopen it, and they close it again. It's so funny!

Do not be stupid like me, and do not use this platform. You will regret it immensely. Don't believe me? Check the other reviews here, looks like they do a poor job with sellers too.

Did you notice how they separate the company by country here? So they can keep a good rating with low-population countries, and the bigger countries' (more orders) extremely low rating gets hidden, visually, when you research them.

Should have checked it here before. Lesson learned. Do not make my mistake!

From all the marketplaces out there, I always overlooked Vinted because I thought it was just a clothing marketplace. Big mistake. Vinted has turned out to be the best one so far. It’s simple, manageable, and user friendly.
