I was charged 10 euros and did not…
I was charged 10 euros and did not receive any report or actual service. My credit card was automatically registered, and I am unable to remove it from the platform. Because of this, I now have to cancel my card through the bank and request a new one. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I expected a report, but I received nothing except a charge and ongoing payment concerns.
