Extremely unprofessional experience. We agreed on a price for my car, and the company had already started the process of transferring it into their name. Then, out of nowhere, they backed out and told me “sorry, we can’t buy your car, take your key and take your car.” No proper explanation, no accountability.
What made it worse is that this wasn’t a one-off. The exact same thing happened to another customer right in front of me, just before my turn. That tells me this is how they operate, not a rare mistake.
If you’re planning to sell your car here, don’t count on a handshake or even a started transfer meaning anything. I would not recommend them and won’t be coming back.

Really fast and professional process! Everything was settled in 45 minutes and they maintained the price they initially had offered online which was more than other traditional dealerships. The money was internationally transferred and took two working days to arrive but everything worked like a charm! I am happy and would gladly recommend Vi Köper Din Bil.

If you want to sell your car with the lowest possible price contact Viköperdinbil. I have to see their ad in Youtube 10 times a day and receive their emails 5 times a day. Their offered price is really awful.

Uncomplicated process, the final price matched the initial online offer despite cosmetic issues / wheel housing damage. Overall recommend if you want a swift and uncomplicated sale of your used car.

Absolute piss take of a comapany. Literally cannot do anything on the internet without their stupid adverts popping up. Out of principle I will never use this company. I would rather give my car away then use this horrific company. 1*

I sold my car in VKDB Hyllie station, the responsible person in that station is very kind and professional, the sales went very smoothly and I got my money the second day, recommend this station.

The procedure was very smooth and quick, there was a small reduction in quoted price but they justified the reason behind it. Usually the amount will be slightly lower than what we could have got by directly selling to an end customer but here we get advantage of all process handling being done by the dealer, we just need to drop the car and get paid, no hassles, no delay, very smooth interaction.

I reccomend this place for selling your car

I brought a vehicle from Germany with me on the move. All the information was available beforehand. After an hour's drive, I arrived at the station, where they deducted a large portion of my offer. After deducting 20,000 SEK, they weren't willing to give me 800 SEK, as the vehicle needed to be completely filled with gas and to buy a train ticket. I traded in the vehicle for the requested amount plus 15,000 SEK to another company. They were happy to receive the vehicle! Very dubious company – they let me come first and then offered me very little money! And not even a coffee after 2.5 hours. There's no direct contact person, and the process is truly embarrassing. An employee on site was friendly, but had nothing to say. A real shame! As a former entrepreneur, I find it incomprehensible. You can't treat customers like that.
