I bought the same pair of short last year, the only difference was color, at least I fought it was, i recieved shorts few days ago and the quality is so much worse, i loved previous shorts because of heavy cotton, but those shorts are so thin and soft. I am little disappointed

All the product and the web site was incredible, but the shipping was a little long, 17 days was in total, from when I bought it, to when I recieved the delivery, for me its a little long and also in the shipment info that puts in the website is a lot less time for Europe, in my case, Spain, without all that, everything is incredible and good, thank you so much

It was not what i expected and i requested a return and refund but have been Aired for a week now

The shoes don’t look like the website pictures (talking about the akimbo lows “blanc”), and the brand service is horrible because if they read an email that they dislike to hear, they will just ignore it. I bought the shoes, it came with the logo yellowed, looks like piss, and i want to return to another pair that is fully white (like shown in the website image) or a refund without being me paying for shipping back (it’s not my fault that the images on the website are different. i sent the yellowed logo to the customer support and they ignored me after i said i didnt find fair paying for the return shipping.

It was my first time ordering from Vicinity. I ordered the AKIMBO LOWS "460RS." Since they were a limited edition, the packaging might have been a bit more crazy than usual, but I’ve never seen such great packaging anywhere else. I received a nice shoebox along with two extra pairs of colored laces, a goodie bag, and a sheet of stickers. If you handle every order with this much care, hats off to you. Due to high demand, delivery might take a little longer than expected. I contacted support and received a reply within the hour. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Been waiting for my shoes for 3 weeks now, +paid extra for shipping and still haven’t seen them

Delivered fast, good presentation, very comfortable, high quality and look sooo good i love them. The fedex delivery was a little expensive but either way it was worth it.

It is okay, I brought two pairs of shoes from here, often the stitching is not in good condition and it is noticeable in the aspect. Good colour ways but it really is down to the quality of the rest of the shoe. Not amazing when I do spend a lot of money on them

Very good quality! Support is great. I really recommend this brand. But remember if you want to buy akimbo lows to choose higher size even if insole length is perfect for your feet.

after two weeks the order hasn't been elaborated yet and after multiple emails and messages on instagram they didn't provide any help to speed up elaborating the order

I placed an order over two weeks ago, and I still have no idea where my package is. The customer service has been very poor. It’s extremely difficult to get clear information or any meaningful updates about the shipment.

Paying for shipping and then being left without answers for more than two weeks is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Ordered the akimbo lows as size 44. Received a size 46. Customer support is slow so far. Hope the issue will get resolved. Shipping was fast tho.

My shoes i dont know where they are, the site tell me tath you are preparate the box for sand it. I swear is true, because i pay the shoes 2 weeks ago , I only pay and no one tell me of the shoes are coming …

I would give 5 star, but every denim i order, jorts and pants, they had specific smell and i need to putnthem in washing machine like 2 times
