Verlichting is Perfect! I had previously ordered from a well-known company in France and despite providing a full description they shipped a similar product but that did not fit. Verlichting responded to my initial inquiry very quickly providing the references of the exact product to order, which I did. Less than two hours later I received confirmation and preliminary shipping info. The package arrived on time and was extremely well packed. Thank you Verlichting for the excellent and friendly service.

Incredible service!! I had terrible planning, traffic was horrible. When I called to inform that I was running late; I was convinced that my trip would have been for nothing. Instead I had the most pleasant experience since a long time. I was put as ease and was able to pick up my order stress free.

Fernand Vandendriessche is an excellent professional. He is deeply knowledgeable, helpful, multi-lingual, friendly, and courteous. His team is just as helpful and thoughtful. We came to have two of our lamps repaired that we bought elsewhere and he knew everything about both models and their workings. Fast and efficient, friendly help - and very honest and humble in the pricing! We ended up buying yet another lamp that we liked mainly due to its style, but also thanks to his friendly and helpful staff! Exceptionally high level of professionalism with no stress or pressure. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Great post-sales service. They forgot to include a driver in the package. I wrote to them on Saturday morning, they replied on Sunday (!) and the missing driver was delivered on Wednesday.

Nice products, quick delivery and very good customer service (GLS made a mistake in delivery location and Verlichting.be was quick to respond and intervene to get this sorted).

Purchased 3m lights that were supposed to be in stock and delivered in 4 days. After a week we got in contact to discover it was not in stock. After 2 weeks we were told they haven't sent yet cause it was too big for the delivery truck but they found another one and would be sending that day. after 3 weeks we called again and were told they havent sent yet cause cost of sending were 100 euros and we would either had to cancel or pay another 65 to help pay for the costs. They were supposed to send an email with these options and never did. The invoice was only sent to us after a week of the purchase as well so Im not sure the exact date.

This is a store I highly recommend for the quality of service, the beautiful lamps they have in their show-room and the time they dedicate to their customers. Fernand is a very kind person. Very good experience, extremely helpful service. I asked for help with specifics with my bulb, and the staff took all the time to explain to me what exactly I need, to address my needs, to listen to specifics of my bulb problem, to send me by post. Very fast service and high quality.

I needed a replacement part for the iconic Snoopy Table Lamp designed in 1967 by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for Flos. Verlichting had the part I needed and shipped the item quickly. I can only provide 3 stars because the replacement part isn't off the same quality as the original. Either quality standards have diminished over the years or this part was one that failed QC and therefore sold cheaply.
