Parcel lost
Parcel lost, never received the ordered light.
What was great afterwards was the service after reporting this.
With some delay, you to the fact my parcel was lost with the parcel company. They fixed an alternative and kept me closely up-to-date.
Friendly and customer-oriented company.

Our sincere apologies that your order never arrived. If the item had still been in stock, we would have resent it immediately, but unfortunately this is not the case.
As an alternative, we have already placed an order for the proposed replacement product as a backup. In addition, we have contacted GLS regarding this lost shipment, in the hope that they may still be able to locate the parcel.
Fortunately, it is very rare for a parcel to be lost in transit, but that does not make this situation any less frustrating. We are actively following up on this matter and will keep you informed.
