Bought a motorcycle cover and a month after i was sent a cheap flysheet made of polyuterene which is absolutely useless. Having looked into the company its clear that they are not trustworthy.
There are numerous related companies that are using all kinds of dodgy company structures which will tell you all you need to know about them. This company is owned by Molwerf ltd in Hong Kong which seems to be under the control of Bob Hoogerwerf who I believe has history with Jubil.nl of dodgy business practices which he then wound up and continued trading as nubil.nl.
Revalki, Bolendo, Bolento, Devako, Tevako, Vestragear, Melzano, Pure Attire are all businesses with connection to Mr Hoogerwerf that i believe engage in similar practices of sending items of lower quality than advertised, and problems with delivery and returns.

If you feel you have been defrauded by this company you should contact the Hong Kong Companies Registry about Molwerf Ltd as they will continue to operate this way until their company and owners are excluded from trading.

Product was damaged by delivery and they don’t respond to e-mails about returning the product or get a refund.

I bought the transparent makeup organizer with a lid for my bathroom counter. It keeps my products visible and accessible, reducing clutter. The lid protects from dust. The quality is decent for the price, and it's made my morning routine a bit more organized.

My experience with VestraGear has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I want to share it publicly so that other customers can be aware before placing an order.

After completing my purchase, communication with their customer support quickly became problematic. All responses were sent through a Zendesk ticket system and appeared to be generic or automated replies rather than genuine attempts to solve the issue.

During the email exchanges, I received contradictory explanations regarding the shipment. At first I was told there were delays with the delivery. Later, I was informed that the package had supposedly already been delivered.

Despite repeatedly asking for proof of delivery (such as a signed delivery confirmation or official documentation from the courier), no verifiable evidence was ever provided.

The responses remained vague and did not address the core issue. Instead of resolving the problem, the communication felt like a series of scripted replies designed to avoid taking responsibility.

As a customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Transparency, accountability and proper customer service are essential for any online store, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those standards.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that potential customers carefully research this company before making a purchase.

This site is a scam… was previously vestragear.nl and was a scam that was taken offline and moved to vestragear.com

Asked info about a lamp… provided the link with a question about extra details… no reaction about that. Price is more then double then on other websites…
Look at the reviews about the dutch website… nothing changed since then…
DO NOT BUY FROM SITE !!!
