I rarely write reviews, but every now and then a company makes such an effort to earn one that it would be rude not to. So here we are.
I placed my order on 13 June, with an estimated delivery date of 3–13 July. The product finally arrived on 31 July.
Then came the product itself, which appeared to be counterfeit, 2-3 sizes smaller than ordered.
Looking back, I should have asked myself the obvious question: how does a dubious company magically have an item that basically nobody else has? My mistake was not checking the reviews properly before ordering.
To be fair, they are genuinely good at one thing: customer support. They respond. And they have some impressively polished scripts ready for you.
The real fun starts when you want your money back.
During my return process, the return address changed. The shipping company made efforts to contact them and have the parcel delivered to the address provided, but they were unreachable.
The predictable result? The parcel couldn't be delivered and was eventually sent back to me. Not got it yet.
So after trying to return a product I wasn't satisfied with, I ended up paying for the original shipping, paying to send it back, and then paying for it to travel back to me again.
A surprisingly effective business model, just unfortunately not for the customer: their scripts work quite well as long as you stay on the script too. Start asking precise questions or challenge the logic of what's happening, and things become considerably less convincing.
This was exactly the moment when I regretted not checking the reviews first and believing that an item nobody else seemed to have could somehow be provided, like magic, by a questionable online store.
My advice is simple: avoid them.

Cheap copies. Took ages to arrive then when they did they were faulty. I reported it the day of delivery in June so under their own refund policy I should be entitled to a refund. I sent the pictures they asked for and the video. A copy of delivery and they can see my email was the same day but still they argue. Appalling customer service. They just spit out lie after lie. Avoid this company like the plague. Scammers, thieves and horrid cheap plastic fake boots.
Reported to PROCON in Brazil, the organisation who investigates fraudulent factories and goods.

am still waiting for my refund

I ordered a product from VENI Football on June 14, 2026, and paid €85.41 by Apple Pay.

The order was not delivered, and there was no proper tracking information. After waiting and contacting the company several times, my husband requested cancellation of the order and a refund.

Since June 29, we have been repeatedly contacting VENI Football regarding the refund. We received several different explanations and repeatedly received assurances that the refund was being processed.

On August 6, 2026, VENI Football finally confirmed in writing that they had approved a refund of €85.40 for order #10402. They also stated that, due to an issue with their payment provider, they were unable to process the refund themselves and authorized us to request a chargeback through our bank.

Therefore, more than a month after requesting the refund, we still have not received our money.

I am sharing my experience so that other customers are aware of the difficulties we experienced with delivery, communication and obtaining a refund.

I strongly recommend carefully considering these issues before placing an order.

these brazilian/spanish thieves are selling fakes - which they call deceivingly "1:1 models" - within the EU from spain.

and when you demand to cancel your order, you never get a refund.

Warning, this is a scam. They are selling cheap copies as what the call 1-1 (eguals "as the original"). The products are of much lower quality than the originals and not near a real "copy".

I made my order on 7th May 2026 costing £85 for Nike Phantom astro turf football boots and they replied saying the boots are slightly different colour so I asked for a refund

After 15 emails over the last 2 months every time I get the same generic reply that they will look into the order and then ignore me.

To be honest, I read these reviews talking about how bad the delivery and how this website is a scam and I can tell you the football boots are very bad quality. Ordered a pair over a month ago and didn't receive ONE piece of delivery information and I didn't even receive an order confirmation until I emailed them about it. I don't necessarily believe that this website is a 'scam' but they do take 1-2 months to arrive and the material of the boots are very weird. Just save yourself the trouble and get better football boots from other websites.

Would actually give a zero if the option was available. Do not purchase from here. Counterfeit products and very poor customer service. I had to send several emails and the response to cancel my order as soon as I discovered this was a counterfeit company. The response was very poor. I would recommend Unisports in Denmark/France as better alternative.
Unfortunately I have wasted my money with Veni thugs.

I have never felt so regretful about making an online purchase as I did with you. The delivery time is unacceptable, the after-sales service is mediocre, there is no information regarding the shipment of the product, messages sent to customer support and WhatsApp go unanswered – it almost seems like a scam. If I could give you a rating, I would give it -0

Scam. I have been waiting 5 months for my boots. Emails promising they will chase up order. Absolute bollocks. Avoid! Just pay a bit more from a good website.

This is a scam!!! They sell replicas of all the shoes at a very high price and the quality is terrible. I requested to cancel my order and to receive a refund less than 15 hours after my purchase and they told me they would be able to do this if my order hadn’t shipped. My order hasn’t shipped and I am still emailing them multiple times a day to cancel my order. I am speaking on multiple platforms, WhatsApp and email and they keep avoiding my cancel request. No one ever buy from them, they are pure scammers with terrible customer service.

Very bad quality. After 2,5 weeks the shoe was broken! Don‘t buy. I didn‘t get a Cent back. Bad Customer Service. No one replied. No reaction. Dont wast your money.

WARNING: SCAM! I ordered shoes that were never delivered. The seller kept trying to placate me via email, promising that the shoes had been shipped. To this day, there’s no sign of them. I’ve been waiting for two months.

I oredered nike reactgato shoes on the 15th of jan and they got delivered like on the 25th of feb, the back and the bottom of the shoe is OK. But the upper material is so bad its not even dor football and when i put my feet in the shoe i can feel weird little bumps in the shoe.

Sent wrong size of running shoes have emailed them but no response so left with shoes I can't wear poor customer service.
