Despite my previous negative experience through purchasing fine jewelry online, i was still open and in search for a company to deliver. Van Xander did exactly that. Their product came out exactly as described! I was very pleased with the item i received, will be looking to purchase more.

The ring I got was slightly too small but they made it very easy to exchange it for bigger size.
Returning the first ring was easy and within 1 week I had the bigger size. It can be hard to get
sizing right when shopping online so I'm pleased with how pleasant they were to deal with for
exchanges.

I purchased a pendant from them to put on a white gold chain I’ve had for a while. Even though it’s silver it matches well with my chain. The quality is good enough for me and I’m very picky. Worth it.

She has made the return process that can be difficult very easy by being fast on replies and giving accurate information. I've been looking for a luxury quality chain at a reasonable price for a while until I stumbled on these guys. Fantastic experience and the quality of the product is second to none. However, the shipping took 3 days instead of 2, but other than that everything is good.

I got a large, solid silver cross that was stunning. But it was hanging on the wheat chain with a questionable clasp. I paid top dollar on my cross because it was to signify my relationship with God. So I ordered a 3.5 mm Cuban to hang it on, and I immediately found it to be too small at 18' and 3.5 mm. I should've known it was my bad. They were so responsive to replace my chain with a larger length and 5 mm. $70 later I had the perfect necklace.

Wow! Love the chain- absolutely highest quality! Even the mall details such as soldering the jump ring. I have had chains this size before and all they do is kink. Not this one! I have owned lots of chains and this is second to none! Also- the customer service is also outstanding. Package arrived in 3 days!
