Thank you to Ali Gonzaga for all of his help and being such a professional and responsive to all of my inquiries. Although I'm still in the process of filing my paperwork, my experience so far has been exceptional.

Steer clear of Van Horn Law Group.
They are lying thieves that are only after your money.
After the initial payment for the next 3-4 weeks I found myself doing all the work for them.

They were supposed to file on my behalf to stop a Wage Garnishment but every week, all they did was requests more documents, have me fill out more questionnaires and then ask for even more documents.

All while my wages continue to be Garnished Each Week!
Then after the 3rd week, they tell me one of their hour long Questionnaires didn't go through and they wanted me to start that whole process all over again!!!

Furious, I went the distance and did that process all over again and they tell me, we now have everything we need and we can file for you first thing monday morning...
Now going into the 4th week they tell me, sorry we still can't file...now we still need 3 years Tax returns and more documents!!!
(Keep in mind this is after they told me all of the Tax documents I already provided for them was Enough!)

On top of that, they wanted to start charging me monthly for a service they still haven't performed even though I told them due to my wages getting garnished if they start taking additional money out of my pay they are going to overdraw my account...

They ignored me and took the money anyway!

Don't believe the good review lies...
They will waste your time and steal your money.

This was a very difficult time for us. I cannot say enough about Martha C. She was helpful, took the time to assist/explain and work with us. She made this process so much easier. We are grateful for all her assistance.

I do not recommend this firm. I was told due to my income it would be pro buono. And I had to pay $588 to start process. I paid the contact person Gabby was great. During the process my car had major issues and three separate mechanics said to get rid of got wouldn’t last even if fixed on the one issue cause if transmission failing. I called firm Gabby spoke will Attny William and I was told to get the car pre bankruptcy. Now comes time to file the petition. Three time I had calls with attorney and he never called. I was understand knowing they are busy but I have a life too. After being told my THIS firm to get the car I am told they can take it bankruptcy. And they won’t refund the $ so do yourself a favor and stay away I would have kept my car if that was the way to file bankruptcy but their poor advice screwed me. They got a form from legal aide on prob ion. But keeping the so called retainer. If it’s pro buono then they shouldn’t. The confusion with so many people being handed off to is why there were so many discrepancies

My experience with van horn law group has been smooth and easy. They answer all of my questions, and they call me back when they said they would. Everyone has been so professional and nice to me. After I finally finished all the questionnaire everything started to move fas.t I’m grateful and thankful for all the service provide as up today.

I’ve had the good fortune of dealing with Diana Ramirez Araque at the Van Horn Law Group documents department. She helped me a great deal when it was time to gather my paperwork for my chapter 7 bankruptcy. She is very knowledgeable, tenacious and a very patient individual. She showed me how to email documents and when the previous paperwork I had mailed at first had not arrived she helped me go through proper channels to see where it had gone. She is definitely an important asset to the law firm.

I WANTED TO FILE BANKRUPTCY, BUT CHANGED MY MIND AS IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE AND I WAS GOING TO FILE PROSE ONLY AFTER TWO DAYS THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY AND TRY TO SAY THAT THE FEE FOR THE COURT FILING THAT I PAID WAS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE COST WHEN IT’S CLEAR AND ALSO WAS SAID IN THE CONSULTATION THAT THE FEE IS TO FILE IN THE COURTS, WHICH THEY NEVER FILED ANYTHING FOR ME!!!!

THAT FEE IS TO FILE IN COURT NOT FOR ANY ADMINISTRATIVE COST, THEY THINK THAT THE PUBLIC IS STUPID AND THAT WE CANT LOOK UP ONLINE AND SEE WHAT THE FILING FEE IS. DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW OFFICE.

THE LADY WAS SO SHOCKED THAT I KNEW HOW MUCH THE FEE WAS TO FILE IN COURT LAWYERS THINK THEY ARE SO SMART, BUT THEY ARE ALL SO STUPID! THERE SHOULD BE SOME SORT OF GRACE PERIOD FOR PEOPLE, BUT THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU’RE ALREADY GOING THROUGH A HARD SITUATION.

I WILL REPORTING ALL OF THEM AND THEIR LICENSES. !
