Based on what you've shared, there's no indication that we failed to achieve the outcome we set out to — a reduction of your charge to a non-moving violation. If that hadn't been accomplished, we'd expect that to be the focus of your review.
Regarding cost: our fee for the firm to process your case and for an attorney to appear on your behalf is reasonable for the time and work involved, and we're not sure why that would be viewed otherwise. Advertised starting pricing reflects the starting point for our services — it does not mean every case or every service the firm provides is priced the same, and the attorney's and firm's time is not without value. Additionally, the fine itself is set by the court based on the severity of the charge, not by our firm's preference or discretion.

If you are looking for an automated legal mill that will send you a retainer agreement then gatekeep the lawyer heavily this is your place.
Tried to contact the attorney regarding my case, website has claims and examples of them getting civil tickets dismissed, but the staff, a young sounding woman who's name I was never told, insists they won't take any actual cases, went back and forth with me just wanting to ask my attorney for legal advice on my case, eventually told me he isn't in and to call back at 2, called back at 2, got the same woman and then was given the same runaround about talking to the attorney and practically had to argue just to get a message taken to call me back. Fairly upsetting behavior from such a highly regarded "lawyer"'s office, they're instead operating as a strict "ticket mill", only processing paperwork and filing the simplest possible things, and for the most possible money. That's not what they advertise, and now that I'm AFTER the date printed on my ticket I'm left freaking out and scrambling to attempt to get SOME kind of legal representation when I was supposed to HAVE representation, not just someone to file a guilty plea for me, which anyone with room temperature iq could do online if the ticket was posted yet.
