Ziggs was excellent he explained everything to me and was great to work with. It was always nice to speak with someone who speaks English on the phone when you call .
I don’t like you have to tip to say something nice about someone that’s wrong but that your company and I told him that. Sorry I don’t tip for this type of service. He was great and will be back but will not tip. He should not have to be paid to be nice. Customer service I am in and I don’t get extra for being nice it’s part of the job.
