Polite driver, comfortable seats, good air-conditioning.

It would be good to know the timetable leaving the airport because we rushed through then sat on the coach for a hour before departing.
On the return our pick up point was changed this meant we walked double the distance from where we were dropped.

Worked great on Crete.
Nice staff and on time pick up (make sure you are the described 15 min prior pick up at the lobby on the way back).

V-Transfer was quite responsive and its Tunisian correspondent was reassuring as they followed the schedule changes of our arrival flight as we hoped.

26/11/25 After taking over an hour to get through passport control at Fuerteventura airport we were hoping to make up time and arrive at our hotel in Jandia before dark. The information said that the transfer would take approximately just over an hour. We arrived at the allotted bus stop D4 at the airport at 16.00 only to be told that the bus had broken down. We waited until 16.40 for a bus to arrive and depart (with passengers from D3 stop also). We stopped at over 20 hotels before finally arriving at Jandia - the last stop - at 19.10! 2 1/2 hours- horrendous journey. After dropping every other passenger off directly outside their hotels the driver stopped on the main road and pointed up a hill to our hotel Sol Jandia 150m away. There was perfectly good access to our hotel but he stopped on the main road

Last time the transfer did not turn up and we had to get a taxi.
This time we were held up in customs but I went out to the transfer and told them. The driver said no problem but he had left when we got out from customs. The rep said it was our problem and we could not expect him to wait. I pointed out that he was in breach of contract but he shrugged his shoulders and said "not my problem" . He then got us a taxi that we had to pay for at probably twice the normal rate but at 23.00hrs we had no choice.

We had to search all over the airport for your representative because there was no one there when we arrived. After a long wait, we finally found him.
He rushed us onto the bus, saying it was leaving. We were stuck at the airport on the bus for another hour.
Perhaps the service could be improved.

Very very happy with the transfer to and from the hotel. The bus was waiting for us when we got to thr airport and on return we advised we be picked up at 08:05 on the most and thatvis the exact time the bus turned up. Thank you for your service and we will definitely be using you again and recommending to family and friends. Thanks again.

A very well run transfer bus service, which I now have used on two holidays on Crete (2023 and 2024) with no problems at all.

The trip from the hotel to the airport was rather an unpleasant one. The driving style made me very sick when I am normally very resistant.

It was quite a stressful and unpleasant experience. The driver told us that the bus would leave in 30 minutes, but he left without us and our luggage 10 minutes later, while we were returning from the toilet.
Eventually we got our luggage back, but it cost us time and nerves.

They never showed up . I arrived st 2am. They didn't answer the phone . I had to get a taxi that cost 90 euro

we had difficulty with communicating with your service when we departed Monastir Tunisia however our return trip your serviced emailed us the information and we were met at the gate and delivered to Monastir in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend your service to fellow friends and boating community.

Have just been sent an automated email asking for feedback about our trip as they want to have 'perfect service' - the irony ! Never used this transfer company before but thought I'd give it a try compared to the usual one. In this instance, it proved to be a big mistake !
Never received any confirmation about our transfer from the hotel to the airport 24 hours before departure, as stated, in the paperwork. Asked several times at the hotel but they never received any email and the internet link you could also use never showed it either. No live chat available (offline) and left a message through the app which was never responded to. The hotel reception kindly tried to phone the emergency numbers several times shown on the paperwork in case of any issues but to no avail - pointless. This left us very stressed and ruined our last holiday day trying to sort it out. In the end, several stressful hours later, we had to admit defeat and the hotel had to organise a taxi for us which cost well over £100 ! It's a good job we just had that amount of cash left otherwise we don't know what we would have done or how we would have got back home. On return, I emailed a complaint but just got an automated message that it could be 8-10 weeks before a response - that is way too long. I would be very grateful if our taxi fare could be refunded and an explanation given about the above because this proved to be a very problematic experience.
