The quality of the helmet was the very first thing that impressed. And when I put it on, I get a great sense of safety. Lightweight annd perfectly comfortable. Everyone that sees my helmet with the visor on it all say "wow nice helmet" lol.

These lights simply put, are extremely elegant and bright will do wonders for just about any bike commuter. The mounting solutions are relatively flexible, but I did have to get creative with my own bike. The front and rear system is intuitive enough, although I find that the Unit 1 Bike Remote also has to be aligned correctly in order for the turn signals to match each other. Lights are often visible during the day, but I tend to only use turn signals during the day and then rely on the insane invisibility boost at night. The app seamlessly integrates with the lights and the remote, with the only thing I haven’t noticed from my own writing, given I can’t see behind myself, would be the automatic brake lights. But the difference has been tenfold from just having reflectors to being able to be fully seen at night within the different presets and customization options that make it all flexible. Overall, these lights want to make me bright at night so much more, I can see myself expanding into the Unit 1 ecosystem in the near future.

I've had their Ulta helmet for about a month now and have been impressed with its quality & durability thus far. It's held up to daily use, long rides and heavy rain without issue and without dying on me. It's comfortable, lightweight and allows for good air movement. The turn signals work well and respond quickly to inputs, I only wish they made noise as I occasionally forget to cancel them. Time will tell how it holds up to this routine and when I start riding in the cold & snow, but I'm fairly confident it will do well.

We bought two of the "Faro" helmets back in 2024, unfortunately after a while they developed an issue. As such I reached out the support and was instantly granted replacements but also advised that perhaps I should wait as a new model was coming out. We waited and waited for another year with no news. When I re-contacted them they apologised and told me that I could choose from another model. Unfortunately some of the support people I dealt with left the company and nothing happened....until recently when Ana Ruberos contacted me. She was absolutely amazing in organising the replacements which are now on the way. That is one of the best warranty experiences I have had in my entire life - well done Ana and Unit 1.

I did some research before purchasing this helmet and accessories. I liked the looks and features of the helmet as well. I have only had a couple opportunities to wear the new helmet on bike rides. Once I have it on, I can barely notice it on my head. I probably should have gone one size larger for a little bit better fit, but still overall a great piece of safety equipment. Love the integrated lighting on the front and back.

This company gets it. They realize purchasing equipment like this online with no ability to see or touch can be intimidating and they make it carefree. I haven’t used the equipment yet, but if it is half as good as the staff it will be great.
