We take allegations like this very seriously and want to clarify the situation.
Payment for your invoice was sent from our account, and the funds have already left our bank. At this time, we are actively working with our bank to investigate a reported issue with the transfer and are waiting for their official confirmation.
We understand that delays can be frustrating, but posting false accusations of fraud before the bank investigation is complete is unfair and does not reflect the facts of the situation. We have remained in communication throughout this process and are committed to resolving it as soon as we receive the bank's response.
If the investigation confirms that the transfer was unsuccessful, we will work with you on the appropriate next steps. However, we cannot issue a second payment while the original transfer is still under investigation, as doing so could result in duplicate payment.
