Amending review to say that the flowers arrived late last night.
I paid extra to have flowers delivered same day. I never recieved a confirmation email and my flowers were not delivered. 49 euros has come off my account. There is no contact section on the website so I cant even get my money back and have missed the special occasion I wanted the flowers for. Very disappointed

Had ordered flowers for anniversary. Never arrived and didn’t bother telling me order had been canceled. Can imagine how well it went down. Unreliable. Don’t use

Delivered bouquet look nothing like the picture nor the size guidance provided. A very disappointing experience. Very smooth ordering however.

I can't recommend this company enough. I found a local Flourist in Valencia who sent flowers to my best friend within the hour! Incredible. Thank you!

The website and app was really easy to navigate and the service and delivery was very prompt (even though I was ordering from outside UAE) - overall I had a really good experience!

Great service. Couldn’t find the house but took the time to call me and give me time to revert. Thank you. 100 percent recommend.

I’ll never use Flowwow again! Order has not been delivered, all day there were updates of new slots, still nothing. No one replies to you. The surprise has been completely spoiled. Paid for flowers and delivery and nothing. Do not recommend to use it

Sadly the Valentine’s Day bouquet I ordered was delivered more than 24 hours late, which ruined a planned surprise. Whilst I appreciate issues can happen, the challenge for me was the lack of communication on the delivery date. I received no updates so I could not make alternative arrangements. I was offered some sort of a refund within 7 working days, but I have received nothing and no communication 10 working days later. I am left wishing I had ordered my flowers elsewhere. Such a pity.

they resolved my issue for missing flowers on valentines with a refund which i am thankful for, but my gf who felt left out on the day didn't deserve that experience. I'll stick to going to the florist.

The shop made a big mistake -ruined my surprise and the they offer me 10% discount, after a week, on my next purchase. Other companies would offered a refund or a partial refund as a good will gesture. Well I won’t be going back

Thank you. Just a couple of niggling points. Confirmation was slightly confusing and late to come to the app. At one point I was receiving a message that you wouldn’t deliver to the restaurant.
The bouquet was not as fresh looking as in the picture. All the tulips were well opened rather than tight budded. The presentation and wrapping was pretty.
My niece appreciated them!

The first time I use the apps and good services and when I called there is a good service to communicate and deliver within the time I will always keep in touch with them

I am writing to formally dispute the charges for order #21704912 ("Sweet Serenity"), which was placed for delivery on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2026. I am requesting a full refund of £52.10 due to a complete failure of service, significant delivery delays, and poor product quality.
Timeline of Events:
Original Delivery Window: 14 February 2026, between 10:49 and 14:49.
Ready Notification: At 14:03 on 14 February, I received an email with a photo preview stating the gift was "ready to go."
Repeated Delays: Throughout the day, the delivery window was pushed back multiple times (from 15:00–18:00 to 19:00–12:00 AM). Despite chasing for updates, I was repeatedly assured the flowers would arrive on the day.
Overnight Assurance: At midnight, when the flowers had still not arrived, I contacted your team again. I was told they would "definitely be delivered early the next day."
Actual Delivery: The flowers finally arrived on 15 February 2026, after 18:00—more than 27 hours after the original scheduled window and long after Valentine's Day had ended.
Reasons for Refund Request:
Time of the Essence: Flowers for Valentine’s Day are time-sensitive. By delivering them the evening of the following day, the primary purpose of the purchase was defeated and the occasion was ruined.
Product Discrepancy: Having sat in transit or in a warehouse for over 24 hours after the "ready" photo was taken, the flowers that arrived were in poor condition and did not match the quality shown in the preview photo.
Misleading Communication: I was repeatedly promised "same-day" delivery and "early morning" delivery on the 15th, neither of which was honored.
As your own confirmation email states, "On Flowwow, you're only charged after delivery." Since the service provided did not meet the basic requirements of the contract, I do not accept the delivery as fulfilled.
I look forward to receiving confirmation of my full refund of £52.10 within 3–5 business days.

Order arrived a day late, if stated delivery would not take place I would not have placed the order in the first place. Should have been cancelled, bad service I would not be recommending or using this service again. The lady who the flowers was going to is a widow and the flowers were very sensitive.
