My overall experience was great once my…

My overall experience was great once my bike arrived it was not difficult to put together. My only problem is that exactly 30 days in it started acting like it was struggling to accelerate. Supposed to do 28mph and struggles between 20 and 22 mph there are not many options for a shop on my side of town. So I have to decide what to because I love my bike yet its not working how advertised.

They scam you for unwanted membership

They scam you they literally force you into a membership and then you have to pay $60 to get out of it. It’s bullshit if their product works. I’ll go back and say it does cause I don’t know if it does yet but this is just the ordering process they force you into a membership it’s bull. It’s a scam.

We’re sorry for any confusion during the ordering process. Customers are not forced into a membership. Subscription options are selected during checkout and are offered at a discounted rate compared to the standard one-time purchase price.

The $60 charge is not a fee simply to cancel. If a customer cancels before the second subscription charge is processed, the discount difference between the subscription price and the standard retail price may apply. This means the customer is paying the difference between the discounted subscription offer and the regular one-time purchase price.
