Trade Modern provided an outstanding service from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, proactive, punctual and professional. Everything was exceptionally well organised, with clear digital reports and documentation throughout. It is rare to find this level of service in London, and I would highly recommend Trade Modern.
I needed my old toilet cistern replaced and called Trade Modern. They arrived exactly on time, explained exactly what needed doing, and gave me a clear price before starting. The new cistern was fitted perfectly in no time. Tested thoroughly to make sure no leaks and the flush works flawlessly. They took away all the old parts, left the bathroom spotless, and even showed me how everything works.

We had been dealing with an ongoing leak for a very long time, and despite having several people look at it, nobody was able to identify where the water was coming from or what was causing it.
The engineers from Trade Modern came out and carried out a really thorough investigation. They quickly established that the problem wasn’t actually coming from inside our property at all, but from damaged external guttering and downpipes allowing water to penetrate the building.
They scoped the required works clearly, coordinated the approval with the building management, and once approved, the repair was completed incredibly quickly.
Since then, the wall has completely dried out and the problem is finally resolved. After such a long period of uncertainty, it was a huge relief to have someone properly diagnose the underlying cause and actually fix it. Very professional, thorough and efficient service — highly recommended.
