I ordered the product on 1/7, a tracking number was provided on 1/11 (4 days later). But it was not received by USPS until 11/20, and I received the package on 11/25, it took 18 days for me to receive it. In the meantime, I had to by another product, from another company to get my tattoo done, I don't need this anymore.

These are not authentic TKTX products.
This is an entire company built on the coattails of the actual TKTX, with a very well designed website designed to fool you into thinking these people actually make a numbing cream. They do not. Even the text on the boxes on their website has been edited and is obviously on the wrong angle to have been an actual photo. TKTXCompany does not sell genuine TKTX cream.

You claim that you are registered in China. You are lying. Your company is illegal

If true, What is your registration number in china then?

You are not FDA Approved in USA.
Anyone can get a product registration, very easy... It is completely different than the process of approving a medicine by FDA

you are hypocrite because you know that very well.

Stop lying and trying to look real. What is the registration number of your company then?

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR PRODUCTS! Disgusting behaviour from this company. I had a huge issue with the black cream which caused my skin to break down and a huge infection set it. I had to attend urgent treatment centre in the early hours of the morning to receive treatment (antibiotics). I had to take time off from work and the clinician who treated me said I was very lucky to not have sepsis. I told TKTX about this and they refuse to take any responsibility for this even though they admitted that their products were at fault. They ignored my messages and emails for nearly 3 months as well. I need my tattoo covered over where the skin has been damaged by the cream.

I have gotten my order but I was waiting to use it before I give my review and all I can say is that the cream works absolutely perfect 100%

I never believed a cream can work like injection and I will be buying more again soon because now it's time to get those art's on my body that I'm scared of because of pain

VERY BAD COMPANY
I made an order on May 24 and they sent me a invoice that confirms my order, on May 29 I get an update that my order is shipped and guess what, on this moment, July 10 my order is still “The Item is at the shippers warehouse” ! With all that they promise that shipping is 20-30 days
But that’s not all, I texted them on WhatsApp via link they have in their official site which is meant to COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CLIENTS and guess what? The only reply that they given to me is that they will check my order, this was on July 4, today is July 10 and I don’t know what to do, no item and no money back, when I wrote to them where is my order they just ignored me and didn’t respond me back. I understand why here is so many bad reviews about them because it looks like this company is totally SCAM !!!

I love your products and this cream is the best in the world i am so happy and i look forward to buy more in the future

UPDATE: We received a new tracking number soon after writing this review. I tracked it and it arrived within the normal time range it should have taken (2 weeks) even though it took 10 days to start moving. Though I believe this could be because it came from China and shipped out from the Netherlands. Opened the package and everything looked good. We tested the product on a tough area and it worked like a charm, so we are very happy that the product is real and it did arrive.

I wish we had a better first time ordering. We will order again from them but maybe pay for the faster shipping to avoid having any mishaps. I would give this experience a 3.5/5 but I rounded it up because the cream worked so well.

I'm so disappointed to write this because I had high hopes but should have checked trust pilot first.

I ordered 100 creams for our studio November 15th 2022.

It shipped Nov 20th and the last update for the tracking saying left China Nov 23rd.

I reached out to tktx via whatsapp on January 5th and got a reply on the 9th that the package had shipped and they would follow up with the shipping company.

On the 15th of January they told me my package was lost and a new one was sent. I asked for the tracking number and was told to wait for the email and they are waiting for the logistics team to send to them.

I knew there was Chinese New Year so I waited... I'm still waiting.

I sent whatsapp messages on Jan 25th, 29th, 30th, Feb 1st, 5th and again today. I watch as their status goes offline then online again but my messages are ignored.

I have also sent an email with no reply.

The only step I have left is to post this review and contact our CC company to report this transaction.

UPDATE: The same day I posted this review I received a whatsapp message with a new tracking number and a message that they where closed for the holidays and had lots of orders come in. The new shipping number is shipping from Netherland and said that it's ready for pick up on Feb 3rd but has not been picked up. It's confusing as to why it's not shipping from the same country as the original and also why it hasn't moved for 10 days.

I have tried to contact to cancel my order by all channels and was ignored with no response. If I don’t hear from the company in the next 48 hours I will disputing the charge and opening a case along side the credit card company.

So, I made the mistake of placing and order with this company. I had the order shipped to my sister in the US since shipping to Sweden mostly leads to hassle with the customs. I made it very clear with them that the parcel has to reach her before a certain date. I also paid them for express postal service to make sure it would reach her in time.

They for sure didn’t ship it as express which lead to the parcel being stuck in transit for weeks. Once they answered my mails telling me they will try to make sure my parcel gets priority but after that they went MIA on me and no reply whatsoever on mail or whats app.

While parcel in transit, I also asked them to please cancel the order since it would probably not make it in time, no response whatsoever. The order was placed on the 7/12 and today I got a message it has been delivered, but to whom?

So here I am, parcel lost, money lost and still they won’t reply to my mails. So, by all means avoid this company, spend your money somewhere else. Their prices might be alright but you can end up getting nothing, would recommend you to buy your numbing crème somewhere else.

I can’t say anything about the actual product (which hopefully made someone happy), this review only covers their customer and shipping services.

Edit: Reply to the reply from them (like 3 months later which says it all). I paid for express shipping, that never happend, if so I would have got the parcell in time. Secondly and most importantly I NEVER got anything since someone messed up, it was delivered to unknown too late. They took my money and I got nothing. At the end of the day, thats the fact. Avoid em.

This is probably a dropshipping company, with difficulty to provide.
If the company answers to this, I want confirmation of my order status now or will cancel with my credit card company tommorrow for fraud.

Great communication, great product. FedEx had delayed the parcel and the team followed up with us to ensure delivery.

After receiving this product we discovered the products are fakes. Trying to get any form of explanation out of the company as to why there are spelling mistakes on the box is met with delays.

Disputed transaction lodged with credit card company to recover our funds - what a disappointment.

#13413 - ordered 25/7-22 I paid, waited over a month, haven't gotten anything. Was promised a refund except the shipping fee(scam) if the product didn't arrive. They told me contact my local post office which is done.. and they said as I've screenshotted and shared.. that you as the sender is responsible to settle this as it is your product. Before you are very eager to assist but when something goes wrong no answer by WhatsApp, mail or phone number. Just as I feared.. another Chinese Scam!

Over a month has passer, no product, and no answer on whatsapp or mail. They avoid me and expect me to keep quite. Stay away, they steal you money and don't expect to hear from them when things "disappear".

Yes, 2nd shipping has arrived. 1st one did not. And I have tons of useless screenshots of how incompetent your customerservice is, serving lies after lies during the hopeless BS you call custerservice. Your communication skills Is borderline rude/ to-impossible to interpret. I will never recommend this service considering the price you take and mostly because of the "service" you have NO IDEA how to provide. On several occasions I waited up to 2 weeks before you bothered giving me "replies"that again looked like copy'paste. With no clear answer, and also with lies. So keep your chinese insults to yourself.

I ordered 3 numbing creams on Friday 29th of July. It has now been 25 days and I havent recieved them ... My order hasn't move since then I ordered... when I had a problem with the visa payment TKTX answered me within the 5 minutes. Now that I contact them to ask about my order no one is answering...
Waste of money!

It took about 3 weeks to receive my package. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the mixed reviews, but I'm glad everything worked out. Their Whatsapp customer service was also great. Definitely recommend just keep in mind you will be waiting about 3 weeks to a month for your package, which they do recognize and mention. I am updating this review to mention all of they're tktx brand creams work great, but do not buy Mithra as it doesn't last long and that's Mithra from this site and other sites, it just doesn't work well.
