The costumer service is great. A big thumbs up to the company. My parcel was lost in transit and they fixed the problem with care and a nice compensation for me. I can only recommend TKTX to everyone not only for the good products but also for the services they provide.

If you ever wonder which numbing cream you should go for. The top notch is TKTX. They have been my fairhful tattoo companion for many years now.
Why you should choose TKTX:
1. The best numbing cream I have used. It just work.
2. The nicest people are behind this product. They always make the best for their customers….. and a little more.
3. You can trust that you always get what you ordered. If an error should occur, they fix it for you free of charge.
The only downside for me is that I have to pay high taxes to get it to Norway. But that is Norway problem, not a TKTX problem.

Avoid… Ordered cream a month ago. Shipping never updates and just remains ‘in shippers warehouse’. Scam

Made an order 23 days ago (24/07/2026), till today (16/08/2026) my order still blocked and no informations other than the carrier’s one : « your order will be giving to us by the enterprise where you made your order ».

I send you severals email to infotktx.co and I only have IA answers by Chatbase ! Never had human team support response !

IA ask me if I would like to have a re-send order because so many days now, I respond yes I would like to have a re-sending order but by DHL EXPRESS because my deadlne is August 24, my request who was accepted and promise to be sent on August 12 ! It never happen !

IA ChatBase told me to request a full refund due to no Yoan support team response because he (IA Chatbase) could not do anything in more, I made the full refund request on August 14 2026, and again had an IA Chatbase response that told me I will have human team support response in 24hours with my refund or DHL Express promised, today 48hours later still WITHOUT ANY HUMAN RESPONSE FROM TKTX.CO !

In all this process I NEVER HAD A HUMAN SUPPORT TEAM RESPONSE ! Only bot loop response !

We ordered 100 tubes of tktx gold. The first 50 tubes worked great, totally numb after an hour or so under plastic. Using for injections so it is very important for my son's health. Now we are on the second half of the order and it seems that it is not working sometimes at all. We are trying to mix from different tubes in case there are just some tubes that aren't full strength. Very strange and very disappointing and upsetting. We don't know quite what to do, find a different numbing cream??

Contacted them as after 5 days the delivery was still "In transit to warehouse" contacted them via email to say i want to cancel as the tattoo appointment was farst approaching and then again to say the appointment was following day and the product would not arrive in time

Still had no response to this date and the product has arrived but is no longer needed

I am going to file a charge back with my bank as the product is no longer needed and the emails have been ignored.

Tktx 40% Green . Excellent numbed 90% of it & my tattoo was an enjoyable experience

used it for tattoo and yeah it helps. still feel something but way less. thought it was scam first scam first but guess not lol. service was normal nothing special but ok.

Happy with the cream, fast delivery and a big relief during the most painful spots (knee ditch & back of thigh)

I’ve had mixed results with TKTX. For smaller tattoos or sessions under an hour, the numbing cream is honestly really good – it definitely takes the edge off and makes the start much more comfortable.

I’ve used TKTX before and made sure to follow all the correct preparation steps in advance, so I’m confident it wasn’t down to user error.

However, for longer sessions it didn’t hold up well for me. I recently used it for a 6-inch Greek Medusa tattoo on my inner forearm (stipple shading), and while the first 30 minutes felt great, the numbing seemed to wear off quite quickly. After that, the pain hit all at once and felt more intense than expected.

Overall, I’d say it’s worth using for short tattoos, but for anything over an hour, it might not be as effective – you may be just as well going without it.

Total waste of money. The item arrived the next day, so that wasn't the problem, the problem is that the numbing cream is too small for the price of £15 so next time I'm going to Amazon because I found a cheaper numbing cream in amazon
