I’m very happy

I was a little bit nervous to buy a TV at such a discount but I was convinced by some of the other positive reviews to go for it. My 65” LG C5 arrived safe and sound with no issues. I’m very happy to have found this website. There’s literally no reason at all to pay more.

Hassle free great service

Hassle free ordered on line and was delivered the day before it was booked in for great service very happy with the service will definitely recommend to family and friends 👍

Great customer service

Best price I could find for a new LG G5 55inch TV. Free delivery and turned up in the allotted 2 hour slot. I had trouble with assembly, rang them and problem sorted . Great price, great customer service, I highly recommend.

After researching plenty of options…

After researching plenty of options online for the tv and soundbar I fancied I came across this company. As I had a couple of queries I was pleased to see they had a phone number and actual humans working in the shop who were very helpful and made the effort to call me back with an answer on something they weren’t sure on. The purchase was personal and straightforward as was their delivery and updates. I’d certainly recommend this company to friends and family and will use them again

Very pleased to purchase our TV from…

Very pleased to purchase our TV from THT Direct. From the initial contact speaking with Doreen on the phone, to placing the order with George, the experience was friendly, helpful and reassuring. Communication and delivery arrangements were good. This is a company who ensure service satisfaction is to the fore, and their pricing is certainly competitive. Would recommend to others and will be a port of call for future purchases. With thanks to Doreen and George.
