Easier than I expected :)
The online reservation and payment were great! I have no complaints about that. The only thing that wasn't great was getting the key and that wasn't anyone's fault. The on-site manager had to go home early due to illness, so we had to wait to get the key the next day. Otherwise, everything was great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Made sure I was aware of everything during hours of operation and non-hours of operation to access my unit. I use the Storage Center frequently because they are very convenient and clean units!

Great Facility and People
Managers here are good people. They are friendly and professional, even when this customer is a bit upset. Plenty of parking, plenty of carts, and units are clean. Prices are reasonable for the amount of space you are getting. I'm a multi unit customer and see no reason to move out.
